Getting to this site was long and tedious but once I reached a live person the experience was great!

A young lady named Dominic helped me and she was very sweet and helped me get decent seats at a fair price. She was very professional and yet personable.

The man who spoke with me was knowledgeable, articulate, and helpful. He amswered all my questions and was cordial. Based on my experience, I would use your service again.

The ticket agent Frank was wonderful! He was very helpful with the questions that I had and when he couldn't give me the answer, he took the time to check with another source ensuring that I would have a correct answer. Thank you Frank!

I had planned to order tickets on line, but it didn't show a senior discount so I called and talked with Ceasar. He was very pleasant & patient in answering all my questions. My on-line tickets arrived very quickly. I would definitely recommend this service!

Allie was very professional and convincing. I ended up busting my budget but came away pleased. I had a number of questions regarding the transaction and all were answered clearly and concisely. I was hesitant to proceed because of cost and delivery concerns (I am renting in Florida) and Allie put me at ease on all issues.

I had excellent service while placing my order for tickets from Florence. It was important that I try and get the best seats I could get because it was for the celebration of my granddaughters 13th birthday. She was able to help to try and visualize where my seats would be and where the best placement would be for us to set to view the ballet.

Florence was very helpful and explained the whole process. Explained all associated charges and fees.

Brady took me step by step through the process ensuring to remind me of the US dollars and service charges. While the tickets ended up being far more expensive than I would have liked that wasn't his fault. Polite, knowledgeable and patient.

It was very quick although I don't have my tickets yet and I would like to speak to someone I purchased my tickets over the phone and I hope they will be here on time
