IT WAS VERY GREAT SERVICE'S, AND I WILL ORDER AGAIN THROUGH THEM... I'M VERY PLEASED... THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS WONDERFUL...
They staff was very friendly, patient and helpful to accommodate us for wheelchair accessible accommodations. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
Purchased 2 tickets total was $172. Ten days later got a bill from my chase credit card for $288.00... Called them several times and they hung up on me 3 times. Filed a dispute with my bank... SCAM SCAM SCAM. And by the way Chase bank is not the best when it comes to this kind of dispute,
Paid double what they said. Can't get tix until day before show. Was on venue site. Why does this site come up.
I phone for 4 tickets & the rep told me each ticket was $122.5 minutes later, I asked for the total. He said the total was $844.76. Then he said he had made a mistake and each ticket was over $200. And there were additional charges of service x 4, and a dowload charge to be able to print out tickets. This place should be investigated by the consumer protection agency because it's usury, and they don't tell you the final price until it's too late. Their customer service practices are a smokescreen.
After a mess up on a purchase they were unable to help at all even though the site says no refund or cancellations a purchases made within 5 minutes and they were still unable to do anything they were very unhelpful and would not try to help they were very unhelpful and would not try to help at all
Purchased four tickets to a live production, the website gave every impression that the price was the total for all four tickets when in fact it was for each ticket! With their obscene handling fee of $508 the four tickets ended up costing me $2,800! The charges were cleverly positioned on the confirmation where it was easy to miss. Didn't find out until I checked my credit card transactions. A sleezy outfit bordering on a scam!
On November I, 2019 used their website "Secure Box Office. Com" to purchase tickets for a 5/******* concert. I went through the process on the website to select and pay for the tix. The final cost of the tickets was not disclosed until after I entered my Amex CC information and the card was charged with out my approval. This is totally inappropriate and illegal. A vendor cannot make a charge to your CC account with out your approval.
I didn't approve of the final price and contacted SBO their answer was that all sales were final. I contacted Amex to dispute the charge. The Amex customer service rep contacted them and was given the answer that all sales were final and Amex didn't get it that the card was charged without my approval. SBO still insists that the final price is disclosed before charging the card. There are many, many complaints similar to this one on this and the BBB site. How do you stop these crooks?
Wish I had read the reviews here before purchasing tickets from this site. Just about triple the box office and you don't know it till its too late and the charges are on your credit card. How is this allowed!. I'm sure no physical address could be found for this group. They should be in hiding!
Did not realize the tix were twice as much as they would have been at venue with a $100. Service fee--ONE HUNDRED DOLLAR service fee! This place is a scam. I realized my mistake as soon I saw the total--which was not displayed until AFTER I placed my order. I mean who would think they were paying $200 per ticket to attend a performance at a Texas dance hall?|!?!?! The per ticket price is listed in tiny tiny print. Could not talk to a human beingf--called immediately after my mistaken purchase.
I wanted to find out where the email was to download my tickets to the Bristol Nascar race April 20 20. I never received the original email that allowed me to download my tickets. Charlie sent me a new email immediately after our conversation. And my email indicated that I could download my tickets as he promised. Thank you Charlie I'm going to have a great time at the races.
Bought tickets on their site. Paid double the ticket price. Buyer Beware and do not use this company. They hide the price until I made payment. Shut this company down!
Avoid this site like the plague! I went to purchase tickets from them for a local show in San Diego. Total comes out to 92.00 for six tickets, which is what the venue roughly charges. I hit submit after giving them my CC info. Charge was changed from 92.00 to 706.00. This included a 156.00 surcharge fee. Contacted them and explained what happened. Was told sorry, I should of paid attention and all sales are final. Had to contact my cc company and explain it and finally got someone to listen and reverse the charges. This company is a scam and I have reported them to the BBB. I would give a lower rating if possible.
DO NOT USE THEM. THEY ARE A SCAM. The tix were expensive, but the main problem is that they did not disclose their "surcharge" of $100. I only found out after I had purchased the tickets. And them there was no way for me to make a complaint. The number was computer-only; there was no way to talk with an actual human being. I will be filing a complaint with BBB.
Worst scam sight ever! Hope the credit card companies shut them down.!
I don't believe a single one of these 5 star reviews. This place will TRIPLE CHARGE YOU. Their prices are at least twice what every other site is and they try to cover that with "third party" bs but lets be real. Ticket master is 3rd party and they are HALF the price. This place is nothing but a scam, they dont care about their customers, just the next buck in their pockets.
I can't believe I was charged 2 1/2 times the actual cost of the ticket to go see the Grinch. The ticket indicates it's $69 and this company charged me $171.64 per ticket AND I bought 14 AND we didn't even get to sit together! I will find out how to file a claim.
After my misunderstanding of how resale tickets worked, I called SecureBoxOffice to express concern the tickets were in wrong name and one ticket was missing. I also found these reviews and was concerned after reading so many bad one's. I was surprised that I was able to speak to a real person (twice) and that they reached out to the original purchaser of the ticket to figure out what happened to the missing one. All issues resolved and they were polite and concerned over the phone. Les Mis is tomorrow and I have my three tickets in hand.
Buyer Beware! This site is a SCAM! They charged me $2654. 00 for tickets that were supposed to cost $200! Then they provide your credit card company with phony disclosures claiming you walked through the fee process! All the 4-5 star reviews on this merchant are made up to boost the rating!
Answer: This site is a SCAM! They significantly up-charge the face value of tickets and make a profit.
Answer: Uh I was charged TRIPLE for mine! They suck!
