I received an email notifying me of a cancelled event I purchased tickets for. The email stated I would receive a refund in 2 to 4 weeks. After 5 weeks I contacted them via live chat. I was told they could not give me a date for a refund under the current circumstances with the COVID 19 issue. They explained they have to be refunded in order for me to be refunded.
I made the agreement with Secure Box Office and I expect a refund from them regardless of them getting refunded. Small Claims Court and social media are my only options at this point.
I am Very disappointed by how they hendled my request to get a refund for two tickets for Styx that was supposed to be in March but was cancelled because of Covid 19 to November and during the working day...
They do not refund money which i found very unprofessional and selfish.
Cannot get through to talk to a customer service rep. We bought tickets for event in April, cancelled due to COVID-19. Company emailed that our tickets are now good for the rescheduled event later in the year. We bought tickets for ourselves and 2 friends. None of us are available on that date. The recording that I got says NO REFUNDS will be made. THIS IS NOT RIGHT.
Horrible company do not used them to purchase tickets! I bought 5 tickets for Cirque Du Sole I got my email with confirmation order number so I can print my tickets! When i printed my tickets they indicated a price of $ 135.00 each of course with and additional service charge! When I got my bank statement they billed my card $ 1842. 15 dollars that's crasy! I did file a dispute with my bank they had the nerve to say that the tickets may be above face value! What can I say I got screwed! Dont use these people.
The girl I spoke to in customer service was so processional understanding and helpful I could not have asked for better experience with a customer service representative!
So due to the corona virus the wild out show was cancelled... I asked for a refund and they said no because its postponed but they dont have a date. And who's to say I will be available for the day. I want a refund and I'm very disappointed. I want my money and I want it now!
I bought tickets to a sporting event, nowhere did it say anywhere that we were sitting in a no alcohol section until I had downloaded the actual ticket. When l talked to a customer service representative he pretty much said I was screwed. I asked if I could change them for different tickets and he said no you will just have to sell them. Not impressed!

First of all, I am a very positive laid-back person. I normally give a lot of positive reviews. But this one deserves every negative word.
I purchased three tickets for almost $1000 four months ago for Christmas presents. I specifically purchased seats directly in front of the stage.
And Two days before the concert they changed my section and called it an upgrade. To a section that the tickets that not only cost less, but are more on the side of the stage. I spent over an hour and a half emailing and on the phone. And they would not do anything to give me the tickets that I originally purchased.
They offered $100 coupon for my next purchase. That is a laugh! I would never purchase through this company again! I highly recommend that you do not. It has been a very frustrating process!
And sad to say that we will be watching Billie Eilish from the side instead of the front, like we paid for!
Started very good with digital ordering platform. Tanked from there. Delivery not made according to email notification. Well, ok, I'll wait 48 hours as directed. No delivery. Then no less than 6 calls and endless hours on hold. Why? Tickets returned to sender. Sent to BILLING ADDRESS NOT shipping address. Then to WRONG ZIP CODE. Then "tickets are literally here in our office, waiting for (my) call and instructions." Then. Get this: Sent to AR which is Arkansas, not AZ which is where i am in AriZona. Then dont leave (my) housde because the tickets will arrive via overnight delivery THEN. THEN. "NO, Sir, we will NOT CANCEL THE TICKETS OR REFUND YOUR MONEY because its not the date of the event yet." Note: Each service person was friendly and seemed helpful, but this company doesnt give them authority to fix problems. They have you by the short hairs.
Do Not use this company! They overcharge immensely and do not care about their customers. We got charged 3 times what the tickets are worth and then we never got our tickets.
All I have is a piece of paper I printed after payment... only shows Row W at venue and for the concert and date... no seat number is mentioned for Qty of 2. NOW really worried after reading these reviews... Delivery supposed to be by UPS like a few days before concert?
Husband bought tickets for Valentines Day. Cost him over 3 times the face value of the tickets! Could not use the flash tickets because, while we had a smart phone, it wasn't an iPhone. Took 20 minutes to get tickets after we got to the window. Then we had to pay to have them printed! NEVER AGAIN.
Naturally I was in a hurry and wanted to get Vday gifts out of the way. I unfortunately clicked this site which I later noticed had "Ad"
Next to it. Long story short they charged more than 3 times face value. That is their business model. Ultimately I paid over $400 for 4 tickets that would have been about $150 had I coreectly gone to the venues site or true vendor.
This is a DISGUSTING company with an IMMORAL business model.

I searched for some concert tickets on google and Secured Box Office was the first site to pop up. I thought this site was the only option available since the tickets sold out fast. However I later learned I could have just gotten them through LiveNation instead. Secured Box Office charged $100 dollars more for my ticket order. The funny thing is that the tickets I purchased from Secured Box Office just happened to be someone elses LiveNation tickets. Upon opening up the ticket transfer email, I get an error message saying that the there is some kind of error. I'm unable to access the tickets.
When calling their customer service all they told me was that they'd send the email again to my secondary email. They couldn't give me an exact date as to when that email would be coming through and even if the email would solve the problem. So I'm sitting here unsure if these tickets will ever come through before the concert actually happens. I'm pretty sure they just lost my tickets and are just placating me because they have no idea what happened to them. They also refused to give me any kind of refund. This site is a SCAM.
The company's business is a SCAM! They price their tickets very high to give their consumers the illusion that they will get their money's worth but in actuality they are selling the most undesirable tickets. I bought tickets for a basketball game from their website that was zone seating. I paid a decent amount of money in hopes that I would receive a seat worth the amount of money I paid for them. When I received the tickets they were in the second to last row with and obstructed view. I went on Ticketmaster and saw that there were front row seats being sold for the same amount of money the I purchased my tickets. I called Secure Box Office customer support and was pretty much mocked the entire conversation. The representative acted like she did not understand the concept of the scam and sarcastically informed me the my complaint will go to upper management. I was able to buy better tickets from another site but it is important to me that no one is ripped off like this again. Please DO NOT PURCHASE FROM SecureBoxOffice.com
I looked into buying tickets which would have cost a total of $ 608. But I could not see what the service fee would be. However, when I looked carefully, I saw that I was offered the option of insuring my acquisition which suggested the total would be $ 778: a fee of $170! So I did not buy the tickets.
Over $300 for bottom level seats. Too bad I can't cancel. This place sucks. DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM HERE
I didn't notice that the tickets were obstructed view until i paid, which wasn't to long after i immediately got a hold of the company and there response was too bad no refunds exchanges I will never use this company again. Also the tickets were over double of the venue price
Answer: This site is a SCAM! They significantly up-charge the face value of tickets and make a profit.
Answer: Uh I was charged TRIPLE for mine! They suck!
