Had to deal with Secure Box Office to deal with the cancellation of a concert. The refund process was clear and more than fair! I had to contact them in regards to this and applying a credit. Someone was available very quickly, answered my questions and got me in and out in short order. Professional!

Purchased tickets actually through Ticketmaster but somehow routed to secureboxoffice. Have tried for over a year to get a refund through mail, email and messages on their site. Concert was postponed due to Covid. I explained I needed the money and even if they rescheduled, I would not be able to go in another year. Response was basically "too bad". I don't even know how to retrieve these electronic tickets!

Secure Box Office sold tickets to events that got cancelled due to covid then refused to honor their cancellation policy and refund the money. They changed their policy and said we will give you store credit, I am now trying to use more store credit and it says it is invalid. I am going to start a class action lawsuit because they screwed over thousands of people and just kept their money during the covid pandemic.

NEVER RECEIVED TICKETS
July 13, 2021

After ordering tickets to a baseball game, I received three emails stating that my tickets would be emailed shortly and that I needed to "accept" them. I checked my inbox and spam time and time again and never received the tickets. I took my family to the game and bought new tickets at the box office. I then contacted secure box office and asked that they simply refund my money ($130.38, around $50 more than at the park). They told me that the tickets were transferred and that they would not do that. They were essentially calling me a liar. I placed another call. This time I thought I would find someone who cared about the customer. I did not. This woman decided to try to patronize me and then I asked for a supervisor. I didn't get one. Instead I got another random worker who claimed he was the highest up the ladder. He gave me the same song and dance. As if I wanted to be on the phone for hours. He proceeded to tell me that "I failed to access the tickets that were sent." I replied that I never got the tickets and he then attempted to hang up on me.

This company does not care about you in any way. They will never do the right thing for their customers and are crooks. I assure you that I never got an email with tickets. There was nothing to access, yet the company still insists on saying that I am wrong. I have disputed the sale with my bank and I hope that works before I have to take them to court.

You can see the two emails I received after my email was confirmed here and after they were sent, there was nothing else. Not from them, the league, venue or team.

DO NOT TRUST SECURE BOX OFFICE! THEY ARE FRAUDS!

Very Helpful

Our concert was canceled in 2020 we all know why…. But we were given a credit and when I couldn't get the code to work to buy new tickets. I had to call and be assisted by a customer service rep who was very helpful and made the buying experience easy and quick which I really appreciate! Would highly recommend!

I purchased tickets for a concert that was cancelled due to Covid. They would not refund the money but issued a credit. When I went to get other tickets with the credit they would not honor it. They stole the money and won't give it back. NEVER! Buy from these crooks.

AVOID THIS SITE! Not a responsible business. I had an event cancelled and the venue refunded to money to the seller, but SecureBoxOffice refused to provide the refund to me even though their site specifically states a "guarantee" for full refund if an event is cancelled. Their guarantee is GARBAGE!

Buyer beware

Do your homework This company. My show canceled and has not been rescheduled. They do not honor their terms and conditions. I was given 120 percent the value of my ticket during the pandemic. I asked for a refund they would not give it, I tried to watch for another show. When I could not find one I asked my credit card company to challenge it. When I did that secure box lowered my credit to ticket value. The terms and conditions clearly state if a show is cancelled a refund will be given less shipping and handling of tickets. If you spend a lot of money on your tickets, think twice before using secure box they are a third party vendor and do NOT honor their terms. You'll be out money like me.

Purchased tickets 11 months ago for an event that was canceled due to covid. I have asked for a refund put back on my credit card. They have told me it's impossible that they are "hurting " from covid. I have lost.my second job from covid and am also really "hurting ". I will NEVER use this company again and will also be filing a complaint with the better business bureau.

The Maroon 5 concert originally was.to be 6/5/2020. On 4/5/2020 it was postponed until 7/21/21. Today, 4/5/2021 it is canceled. SBO is not offering refunds of any kind. They are offering 120% store credit without option of a refund of what I paid. I paid $845 for 6 tickets which in and of itself is ridiculous. It was for a special occasion so I decided to do it and decided it would be the. Last time. I use a reseller. It's to only way to get ticket and it's not right. Thus one last time was my plan. How can we band together and stop the ripping off of people that just want to enjoy a live event? It so wrong for Secure Box Office to NOT refund the hard earned money paid almost 28 months ago. Such a shame!

Do not five these people your credit card. Paid for George Strait tickets canceled due to Covid. Company WILL NOT provide a refund. Disgusting fraudulent practices by this entity. JOHN in customer harassment department will not provide the name and address of the company. They hide behind a fraudulent website taking peoples money with no recourse. Hideous!

I am very disappointed that you advertise one thing and then do the opposite. It is not my fault the concert was cancelled twice. I want a refund as you advertise. Very poor service. I explained and added your guarantee and got an email stating I will help you and then the email was the same thing sorry you are not getting a refund. This is Horrible service and I will not use you again nor will i recommend anyone use you.
