Our wild n out tickets were cancelled because of Covid! No problem understood! But where's my money? Where's the you're able to see another show here's a voucher! Got my tickets

Bought tickets for Steve Martin and Marty Short. The show was postponed. Fast forward 14 months couldn't find the tickets. They used my order ID number to resend my tickets. Finally getting out!

I purchased 3 tickets before the pandemic so Maroon 5 concert was rescheduled to September 2021. I emailed Secure Box Office about tickets since i had not received them. They first said they had proof UPS sent them to me and then 3-4 days later they said they had proof they were emailed to me with instructions on how to retrieve them. I have asked to see that proof but they won't send it to me. To say the lease, I am upset that i paid for 3 tickets and didn't even get to go to the concert. I will never use this company again or recommend them to anyone. What a rip off.

This company KNOWINGLY sold tickets to an event they KNEW was being cancelled. No one emailed, called, texted. I had to find out that my event was cancelled on FACEBOOK.
When I reached out to them, their excuse? "Government shut down of venue due to Covid-19". This was WHILE THE TICKETS FOR THE SAME EVENT--SAME DAY, SAME TIME--WAS STILL ACTIVELY BEING ADVERTISED ON THEIR STUPID SITE.

Also their response?
"You have received this coupon (the "Coupon") to be redeemed toward your ticket total, service charge, and delivery fees on future purchases. The Coupon has a unique identifier that may be used over multiple transactions placed from this email address only until the value of the Coupon is $0. This is not a cash equivalent and has no cash value and may not be transferred to another email address. Failure to use the Coupon before the expiration date shall result in the forfeiture of the Coupon, unless otherwise required by law. In the case of fraud, misrepresentation, abuse or violation of these terms and conditions, we reserve the right to take all available legal or administrative action. Other restrictions and exclusions may apply. Coupons are void where prohibited."
I LOVE HOW THERE IS AN "EXPIRATION DATE" FOR THIS SUPPOSED "COUPON"... BUT NO DATE IS ACTUALLY LISTED. GREAT. SO I'M BOOKING MORE TICKETS FOR A SHOW THAT WILL EVENTUALLY BE CANCELLED?!
HOW IS THIS LEGAL?!

Oh, and also? I purchased INSURANCE FROM "ALLIANZ" (that was my mistake, for trusting another random one-off/rip off company). However, I purchased the policy IN CASE SOMETHING LIKE THIS HAPPENED-- A CANCELLATION BEYOND MY CONTROL--AND WAS PROMISED A REFUND! UNLESS I ELECTED TO HAVE OTHERWISE ("COUPON CREDIT") WHICH I DIDN'T. THIS WAS PRECISELY WHY I PURCHASED THE INSURANCE TO BEGIN WITH.

P.S. PLEASE SEE BELOW FOR TICKETMASTER'S CONFIRMATION THAT I WOULD BE RECEIVING A REFUND--NOT A COUPON, AND THE SUBSEQUENT B. S. I GOT FROM SECURE BOX OFFICE.

Buyer Beware!

I would have given a negative star rating if possible.

Stay away, far away from purchasing tickets from this vendor. We were directed to their site through the venue's website, and purchased tickets in good faith prior to COVID to attend a concert scheduled for April 2021. The concert was then rescheduled 2 times first to Oct. 2020 and then to Sept. 2021. No further information was received from the seller and imagine our dismay when we arrived at the concert to find out that additional restriction had been put on our using the tickets to enter the concert. We tried getting a refund because we couldn't use the tickets and were denied. Again - stay away from this company.

I bought two tickets and got a confirmation receipt for one but never got sent. In other words, it said that it could send the day of or right before the event so I waited. So I ended up having to buy more tickets at the venue as it was happening and I am attempting to get my money back.

I would not do business with this outfit. Back in 2020, we had tickets to Cher which by the way, were advertised at one price, but we were charged more for the total price. Because of Covid, they credited us instead of a refund. I finally got to use my credit and Nathan was a pleasant surprise as he helped me use the credit. Don't know if I'll get my tickets electronically in due time. This business is a joke. They should give you the total price of your tickets before you hit submit. When I called them before I was able to use my tickets, they were rude about giving me a refund. I will never use this business again and I suggest you stay away too! And I still have about $150 in credits!

Garth Brooks concert

2 years I purchased tickets. They then stated on a refund if show cancelled. Now the show cancelled due to Covid. But how conveniently they revise there site to say, no refunds but send you credit voucher. No return on my 1000. 00 dollars. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. Rip off site, scam site, won't return emails or answer phone calls.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The company will not give refunds even when the event was cancelled and was giving refund to ticket holders. Their prices are terrible. To try to get some money back, I was forced to buy tickets from them to other events. A $45 priced ticket was sold for $200 and then they charge service fees. When my tickets did not arrive as promised, I repeatedly called, emailed and did instant messages. Each time I was on hold for at least an hour. Once, the automated system said the hold time was 5 minutes but after 75 minutes I gave up and requested an email come to my address. They say that it is quicker to email. Don't believe them. I never received an email. When emailing them from their "contact" box on their website, I never received a reply. I have asked for a manager to call me but as of now, I have not gotten a call. The representatives will not connect you to a supervisor. One rep did say they had weekly meetings and I begged him to let his management know that customers are irate.

I finally received an email. It includes the name of the original ticket purchaser who supposedly will meet me at the gate? I called the phone number listed and it doesn't get answered and there is no voice mailbox set up. Total scam. Never, never do business with them.

Website Sucks!

The website is not helpful at all. It doesn't tell you if you need to buy a ticket per vehicle or by people in the car.
It does not show where you ticket is on the parking map.
I had to call customer service to get help because the chat line wanted my order # which I did not have because I hadn't placed an order yet.
I was on hold for 45 - 60 minutes!
Once I got a person don the phone, I was able to get the ticket I needed.
This shouldn't be that hard and so time consuming!

I purchased 3 tickets to Hamilton before the pandemic. The show was cancelled and rescheduled several times. I had no decision in the rescheduled dates chosen for me. I called to get a refund, was put on hold, then told they would not be issuing any refunds, but that I could resell the tickets by finding an online site on my own. I asked about the insurance I purchased and was told they could not help me with that either. I was charged more than 3 times the price of the same tickets selling on the venue's site. This company charged my card for more than $3,000.00 for tickets in the left orchestra section, an obstructed view, for tickets worth only $200.00 on the venue site. There should be some type of regulations in place and enforced for a company knowingly deceiving customers, especially during a pandemic. While you are free to make your own decisions, I would encourage you to give your business directly to the venue if possible. You will save yourself hundreds, if not thousands of dollars. The venue offered full refunds to this same canceled and rescheduled event, so I cannot make sense of why this company did not do the same for its customers.

Severely Overpriced

They charged 3 TIMES the legitimate price of minor league baseball tickets. Then, they made me fill out a form to verify my identity with personal data and a photo of my driver's license. But, mere days later, my credit card was compromised and fraud charges started showing up. Do not trust this company!

Into the fire

Secure box off ice has no business agreeing to concerts in Florida during the pandemic. Florida is the hottest COVID state with children getting sick and in some cases dying. Not to mention, other emergencies being hindered b/c there are no beds in hospitals. I'm a senior and my two friends are seniors who have no interest in joining a very large crowd of unvaccinated people. Selling tickets is difficult to do even tho' persons I've spoken to at SBO say it isn't. Why is it large corporations cannot take a loss? Why do I have to lose over $900? I'm furious over the stupidity and non empathetic stance by SBO! They've thrown so many senior citizens with tickets into the fire... like primitive civilizations.

Canceled event

This site is a scam! Took our money and the game was canceled but no one will answer us about the guaranteed refund. Also the so called live chat is automated so that's a lie as well. I'm reporting them to my local Congressman
