Stole money

This business is a scam. Due to a concert being cancelled they received a full refund from Ticketmaster ans did NOT give me my money back. They gave me a credit which expires! And which i will not be able to use for god knows how long. The service was not delievered/does not exist and they kept my money. Never ever ever use them

The worst!

I purchased tickets for Hall & Oates at the Jones Beach Theatre for August 25th. The concert than gets rescheduled to August 11th when just about every other concert at this venue is cancelled due to Covid-19. I just contacted customer service and stated that both my husband and I are senior citizens and are not comfortable attending the concert and would like a refund. Because the concert was not "cancelled", they refused to issue a refund. These are unusual times we live that call for unusual measures.
Broadway gave us a choice of rescheduling our show or receiving a credit. One would think this company would do the same. I will never buy tickets from this company again.

Rip off!

Bait and switch! At the time I purchased tickets, their website said 100% guarantee when events are cancelled, and then during the COVID cancellations they changed their policy to credits! They told me the event sites did not refund money to them so they can't offer refunds. BS!

I just found out that the tickets for wicked were "credited to my account." I don't go to the theater often and with no refunds given, I dont know when or if Ill find another show to use my credit before it expires. Would not recommend.

Ordered tickets for Dead & Company. Covid 19 cancelled all show. They refuse to give a full refund - even when Dead & Co said they would refund everyone's money. This company is overpriced and has the worst customer service ever. No on can call because they are closed due to Covid 19. I filed a claim with Maura Healey, Attorney General for Massachusetts against this company.

Customer service is horrendous... Was on the phone with them for 3.5 hours with 3 different agents and hung up on or "disconnected" 5 times. Found out that they price gouge you on tickets and do not refund money. I wish I would have done better research. Save yourself a headache and do not get tickets from them.

Never again will I purchase tickets through Secure Box Office. Store credit, what is that? They get the money back from the venue but refuse to refund for tickets due to COVID. I called and their customer service is awful. I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager and was told they don't take phone calls. What kind of customer service is that where they don't take phone calls.

I spent over 700.00 on concert tickets and other things, when the events were cancelled the venue I used transferred it to a store credit with this company. But if you try to buy other tickets there's no option for store credit. I emailed to ask how I would use my credit to purchase different tickets. That's been 4 days ago with no reply.
Anyone filed a complaint with BBB or is there any other way to get our money back?

I am not one to take time out of my day to write reviews. However, this is the WORST company I have ever dealt with. My event was didn't happen due to Covid-19, and after 2 months of trying to call to get in touch with someone, and emailing their sales team, I finally received a response saying I couldn't get a refund until the venue officially cancelled the event. Today, the event was cancelled, and they emailed me saying I would only receive a store credit. Naturally, I called to find out why I wouldn't be issued a refund like I was told via email over a month ago. They were condescending on the phone, trying to explain Covid-19 to me, and said no one would be receiving a refund. Absolutely the worst customer service i've ever experienced. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I don't ever write reviews but this company is TERRIBLE! I have emailed quite a few times and each time, instead of connecting me with someone to talk to they send the same generic copy and paste response and won't connect me with anyone. Please do not purchase anything from these people. Please learn from my mistakes and the other reviews here, I'm out of $600 dollars.

NO refunds (concert changed due to Covid) they say you can sell them but you don't RECEIVE them until the week of the show. NOONE is reachable by phone and e-mail is a joke. *** DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM, COMPLETE SCAM***

Scam - STAY AWAY

Like everyone else I am fighting with this company to refund me for an event that was canceled due to COVID-19. They are offering me a coupon instead for 120% of what I paid to use on a future event, but that is not what I want nor was listed in their terms and conditions. Their policy stated canceled events will result in full refunds. Even more shameful is Capital One. After disputing the charge the bank sided with this company because they felt I did not provide enough documentation to convince them why I should be refunded. Man! I suggest everyone report them to the FTC/BBB.

COVID postponed the event and I have the option to keep the tickets OR receive a full refund. They won't do anything for me even though I can get a full refund. These people and this company is pure scum. I had tickets to a Ticket Master event that was postponed and ticket master refunded my full amount before the event was rescheduled or cancelled.

Reviews on this store that are positive are employees trying to jack up their ratings. Take the heck away from these people - they don't care about you.

I bought tickets to a concert. The concert was canceled do to covid. I because of health reasons am unable to go to any concerts in the future. They refused to give me a refund evan though they took my money. I was informed that if i don't use the refund in a certain time that I forfeit my money. That is criminal and I am contacting the prosecutors office to filed charges against them. I recommend everyone who has the sMe issue to do the same. Also contact the bbb and make a complaint. These people where paid back by the concert venue almost double what I paid for.

They are selling tickets to venues that don't exists. My show canceled out and now they won't give me my money back. They are selling tickets to shoes right now in nyc when those venues are closed. Anyone reading this. Please report them to the FTC federal trade commission and file a complaint.

I purchased 4 tickets for a Santana show this year, the concert has been canceled, or in other words (just semantics) postponed for 2021. The original tickets are offered FULL by Live Nation refund to unhappy customers but this terrible site offers you NOTHING. They just hung up on me. You have no support from them. They charged me $25 per ticket and I get nothing on return. The original owner can get FULL refund and I will be stuck with 4 worthless tickets. Order #*******, paid amount $447.82 (4 tickets). STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

After many attempt of trying to get a hold of anyone. I finally got someone on chat. They told me that Chat representatives are not allowed to give refunds.
Funny, cause when I call I Press "6" for refunds and it will keep looping back to the beginning option.
After just sitting there not pressing options. It gave me the choice to "press one for customer service". This i had to do to 4 times. They said " let me look up your information"
Then hung up!
Last person said they WILL NOT give refunds. We will have to use our Store credit good until November 202. Regardless if we lost our jobs or not.
