I paid double the retail price from what the venue charged. I will try to dispute my credit card but not sure if that will work. Stay far far away.

Please do not purchase tickets from this scam. They doubled my ticket price and fees. I don't know who they paid to get 5 star false reviews. I wish I would have done my research first. I've learned an expensive lesson.

Took me 1.5 hrs to get registered and find the app. The best experience was agent RICK, very patient with my limited computer skills, found us great seats in our price range. We have tickets on phone now. I hope I remember to take the phone! Thanks again Rick

Best thing we ever did It was very fast and every thing went so nice. Got the ticket already. We sure will use this firm again when ever we need to get some tickets for something.

Summer (customer service) was extremely professional and very helpful. She made purchasing tickets for the Michael Buble concert tickets very convenient and easy. A great representative of the company! I certainly would ask for her specfically again next time.

This company may appear legitimate, however, they do not tell you the whole story or answer your questions. They tell you only enough to stay within legal liability. Total disaster and very costly. BEWARE... DON'T USE THEM... FRAUD. Paid for tickets that could not be used. They lied and refused a refund for their fraud, jerked me around. TERRIBLE COMPANY, FRAUD COMPANY.

I don't know seating at the Fox theater so call metrotix and they help me get good seats at my price point!
