Did not like the ticket transfer process. The last time I bought tickets was a lots smoother as it was an instant upload. Not a fan of transfer process. Also, I think you should put a disclaimer on all tickets for the Fiser Forum venue as they only accept printed tickets, they will not accept a screen shot.
I always seem to find it hard to find my tickets. Other than that I have no problems with the site. I do like that I am able to save my favorite teams and venues.
Site works well and you can see the stadium availability quickly. Also with the price and fees upfront it's much easier to compare prices. Then after deciding it's very easy to purchase and redeem the tickets.
I paid more than double the price of parking online versus in person the day of the event. In the future I will just pay for parking in person and not online.
I purchased tickets to a hockey game only to find out when I arrived they had already been scanned in.
Had a good show the seats were as promised. The fees for the seats were my only complaint they are way to high.
I had a price of $52 each ticket and had the open window, trying to find code, and then site crashed or something but it would not go through so when I went back on the tickets were more $59 i think? And really high "fees". I was stuck since my child really wanted to go to this concert and I had promised them once I saw the original price. Not a huge difference, but really really annoying, and "unfair"

I'm sorry to hear that the price changed on your order. Due to our nature as a secondary ticket market, sometimes prices will fluctuate. As we are connecting buyers to sellers, those sellers will often update their listings either increasing or decreasing the prices as it gets closer to the event. As for the fees, we do our best to keep them lower or comparable to other ticket platforms. You can search for listings with fees included in the future, as that will make sure there are no surprises at checkout.

The process was easy, quick and prices were in the range of what I wanted to spend and we cheaper than stub hub. This was my second time using SeatGeek.
I wanted to purchase 7 tickets, not in a long row, but a few in front and a few in the row behind, so people from out of town can visit with each other. This proved to be impossible. The first 4 I could purchase, the second 3 I couldn't. There was a group of 4 behind the first purchase, and I couldn't select just 3 seats, only 1,2, or 4. So I bought an extra ticket hoping my daughter can bring a friend. It would be wonderful if there was an option to select seats as a group, not just in a long row, if you have a large party.

I would prefer all fees were included in the displayed ticket prices. It is irritating to purchase tickets for $140+ per ticket and then $40+ per ticket in additional fees.
Please just include the fees in the purchase price. I still would have paid $180 a piece, but I think having such high fees added on is frustrating.
Just give me the actual final ticket cost.

We completely agree with you the prices should be all in one place. In fact, when you search for tickets you can select to search for them before fees or with all fees included!
So next time you are looking for tickets, just change that feature to search with fees and avoid any surprises at checkout.

Easiest way to buy tickets it as quick and easy also made it fast to find other add ons that are available for purchase
Bought Tickets through the app easy peasy. Dont like the 20 dollars a ticket service fee. That's my gripe.

We do strive to keep our fees as low as possible and at least below or comparable to other ticket platforms. In fact, should you ever find tickets cheaper then what you got them for on SeatGeek we will match their prices to assure that you get to your event as cost effective as possible!
I buy many tix through SeatGeek. This is my first bad experience. But, I would probably not buy Prudential Center tix through your site again. I use SG and similar sites to avoid Ticket Master. Now, I am going to the game, and I'm not even sure where my tix are... Completely unacceptable! Bad for customers, bad for Prudential Center, bad for Seat Geek!

That said, very sorry to hear your recent ticket buying experience did not go as well. Sometimes certain events or venues have a set requirement for the platform used for electronic tickets. In situations like these the tickets end up being fulfilled via a transfer through the ticket service, in this case TicketMaster, that the venue is requiring.
