So Far everything is good!
The first cover sent for my Weld-Craft 1448 Jon boat was the wrong one, but customer service made it easy to return with a prepaid return label. The second one I received was a good fit and was more than I expected,with a motor cover. I suggest that as much information as possible is given when ordering, so you will be sure to get the correct fit the first time. I'm happy with my sealskin!

Never recieved reply on way my order was taking to long. Till after it got here. No sealskin brand name anywhere on the package cover barely fits did not include lock and chain as told I would on there website
Poor communication/turn around speed on shipping details. Left hand doesn't know and can't find out what the right hand is doing.
Major inventory issues apparently. Can't ship on time. People read your scripted responses yet the promised calls and follow up is non existent

Disappointed in just about everything. As soon as I logged off for my order I received an email that changed the color of my boat cover. I called immediately an was put on hold twice until I was automatically disconnected after a 35 minute wait each time. The next day I tried again. Was disconnected one more time and tried again. Someone answered this time and told me that it was too late to change the color selection. I put in a ticket and outlined the problem. I was told to send it back at my expense to exchange it. I told them to send me a sticker so that I could send it right away and they could send the correct one right away because I was leaving in a week for a vacation during which time I planned on using the cover. Never happened. At the same time, I was waiting for the engine cover that was ordered as a special offer at the same time. After much frustration I have a cover that's the wrong color, a missing engine cover that was eventually refunded and paid a shipping cost to never receive an exchange. Too bad...the product is good quality, but the customer service ruined the entire deal. Answer your phones at customer service! This all could have been rectified easily. You may also want to check why your website changed the order color. It did it 3 times in the order process and I corrected it. The last time it stayed with the grey color, but then changed it to navy blue in the time it took for a confirmation email. The problem occurs when you take the special offer of an engine cover.
