Difficult to navigate the website to find the correct cover. On line chat didnt provide guidance between 20 HP or 20-30 HP motor cover. Boat motor covers should have the dimensions listed with HP sizes to ensure proper fit. First cover received was too small for my 20 HP motor. I contacted customer support through email several times before receiving a return label. Customer support was not helpful when inquiring about the size of the motor covers, rather I was asked repeatedly for the exact measurements of my car to ensure a proper fit. The communication barrier was frustrating. I finally just ordered the next size up for my boat motor. It arrived and it fits. Hopefully I will enjoy it for years to come.

As far as webpage, it was easy to navigate...the cover itself has been great but that's where our satisfaction ended. While trying CALL about the missing cable after 20 minutes the line disconnects...so we went the chat route...the representative we dealt with was very helpful and agreed to send the cable to us at NO CHARGE since it was not included. We finally received the cable at our PO Box. To which I was notified that I had to pay for the shipping charges?! I was none too thrilled to find that out. We were told this was an excellent company to deal with and had great customer service...I feel like I've been jipped.
