At the time of order I thought Frank was helpful. I explained how I was going to need it shipped as fast and as soon as possible for a out of state move and was out of the house it was being shipped to. Frank explained how he was going change the shipping so the cover would arrive with in two days. After the third I called customer service and because it was on a weekend customer service was closed. I had no choice but to get a hotel room and delay my move for two and a half days until my boat cover was finally delivered. Frank expressed he would do overnight at no extra cost but it now cost me more by having to get a motel room for two days to the sum of $150.00! I would have much rather been told the truth and paid for the over night which was much less then a hotel room for two nights and the delay of my move which caused other issues!

Q: How was the overall price? A: For product was average, BUT being mislead cost me time and out of pocket more then the product itself!
Would I shop Seal Skins again only if they read this and contact me again to make it less wrong which time will on tell.
It is very thick and nice. The only problem is it is already sheding.
