Make grommets stronger. One of the grommets tore out in a mild wind that should not have had any effects on cover integrity.

Easy if the product is good...Florida's weather usually prevails...the stitching on the seams in the upper sewn seams are missed in two areas...worried about a tear or leaking...
First cover received was incorrect size. Called customer service and they sent the correct size for my vehicle.
My experience with your company has been excellent. Wow 3 days and delivered! I ordered my cover for my 2012 Lexus LS460 on Wednesday July the 8th. Received my email notification on Friday July 10th that package was being sent and the very next day Saturday July 11 the cover arrived at 2PM. Excellent. I'm very pleased the cover has weight and strength to it as well as the soft lining on the interior that touches the paint.

Ordered cover for standard Ram truck. Cover not even close to fitting. I returned sealskin sent new cover same result not even close to fitting. I received email that they did not have a cover to fit and that they would not send me another one. I could return for 80% of my money. Totally unfair customer experience. Don't say you have a cover if you do not have one. Wasted two months and cost me 20%.
Easy to navigate website with competitive pricing
I bought what I was told by a representative was an ATV trailerable cover. After less than 20 miles, the cover ripped apart. I took pictures on the side of the road and sent them to them in an email. They said I had to pay a $35 fee to send back and they would look at it and tell me if it was under warranty or not. I would have to pay to have it shipped back to me if it was not under warranty. This is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. And I was obviously lied to by the online chat representative.
