Other than the fact that they are not form fitting they have lived up to their promises. I hope the 10 year warranty is valid. Just a heads up. I recieved the blue and it has already faded. That's only 2 months!

The car cover didn't fully cover the car so I was very upset. Before purchasing I would advise you to call and make sure the cover you are ordering is the right fit for the vehicle. The option seal skin covers gave me when ordering informed me that it will fit my car. It didn't. Call and check the size you are ordering IS the size you need for your car.
Very bad. Difficult to get any information on the order (long waiting times on phone if you can get through & no actual answers through Facebook). After a week, still showing two jet ski covers are waiting for pick-up by UPS. I intend to place a very poor review on Facebook

I wanted to know the length of the cover but was unable to get that from on line chat. Should know the length instead of the answer..." It fits Let us worry about that." Plus when I got mine it leaked! All over. Not just the seams! I had to jump through hoops to get the return done! Maybe a good idea is to send the replacement first and then work the credit when the damaged or not good item is returned in the new box then it can be credited properly! If the customer doesn't return it then you have sold 2 of them. Hmmm! Sound like a good idea?
Ordered a "custom fit" cover for specific make and model. Did not fit (quality less then represented on website). When contacted, company said the covers are "semi-custom fit" ( another misrepresentation). Also stated that they would exchange for free but if already provided vehicle info, what's the point? As a result of their false ad and I'll fit product, subject to 20% restock fee (no exceptions). Seems that's the way company makes money. DO NOT BUY! Substandard materials and I'll fitting "semi-fit" covers
Ordered may cover on JUNE 3. Still have not received it. Have made 2 inquires before this and this is the 3rd. My order number is *******1823.
I would like to have my cover ASAP or i will go where to get what i need.
Ordered cover from another vendor and received it before settlement of these issues which have now taken 3 months. I will try your cover and advise of my dissection to app it or return it.

I bought a cover for my 2001 Sea Ray Sundeck 190 with swim platform. Cover took awhile to be delivered and did not fit perfect. The cover lasted less than a month before tears started showing up. It also filled up with water and never repelled the water off of the cover. After months I finally received an email back saying my cover was approved for warranty and that it was out of stock and would take 3 weeks before it arrived at there warehouse. 3 weeks turned into months again. But then I get another email saying again that my warranty was approved but now they want $35 for shipping and i have to send back the old cover. I had already threw the old cover out since it was useless and they sent me an email months before saying it was approved. Never did they mention anything about sending in the old cover. And this whole process took 4 months. Now they say I am out of luck since i do not have the old cover around to send back to them. Beware of the garbage they sell and their lack of any type of real customer service. There are much better companies out there, this company does not deserve your business.
