Easy to use and order
Quick, easy and was able to find the cover quickly. I received the cover, it fit perfectly and seems to be of high quality. I'm very pleased with this purchase.
I purchased a cover for my 19' bayliner boat. Cover came and "deteriorated" and ripped within 8 months. I initiated a warranty claim and received a replacement (I had to pay for shipping). The replacement came and again in less than 6 months the cover ripped and literally deteriorated into powder. The cover quality is the worst of its kind, and the customer service is worse than the product itself. I WOULD NEVER PURCHASE FROM THEM AGAIN. I SUGGEST YOU NOT TO, SAVE YOURSELF THE FRUSTRATION!
The first cover they sent was way too big the second cover they sent was too small! Did not try it on because I was using the boat so it. S past 30 days and they won't take it back even it has never been used my boat is a Nitro bass boat not hard to find measurements for also it is made in china!
I order a cover for my 2017 Chevy 1500 HighDesert Crew cab ShortBed LTZ pick up, I was told they had a cover that fits that Truck so I order it I didn't try out the cover until the 30-day return was over the cover didn't fit but I kept it to fit on a smaller truck it's my fault I waited too long. I then talked to sales again to see if they had a cover to fit my 2017 1500 Chevy Crew Cab Short Bed LTZ with High Desert package and sent pictures they said that they had a cover that fits so I reorder the cover, Big Mistake the first cover they sent was something foa a compack truck so I sent that back on time, the second one they sent didn't fit looks like it was made for some other truck so I returned it on time. Now they want me to pay them a restocking fee when they clearly didn't have a cover to fit that truck. They made false claims that they had a cover to fit that Truck!
The chat assistance from Jamie was great in helping me choose the best cover option for my boat. I wouldn't have been able to find and order one without her as the stock photo for my purchase doesn't look like what I needed but Jamie assured me it was the correct cover. Thanks again for the quick, professional assistance with my purchase!

Didn't fit, blew off 1st use, plastic hold down gromitts fell out. 45 minute wait times, c/s reps useless. Won't refund. I got taken for $140. RUN AWAY!
Packaging was damaged when it arrived, and the carry bag for the cover damaged as a result.

I ws sent the wrong size motor cover and called, they told me they would send a postage paid return package and then get me the write cover. Later I got an email requesting I pay 30 to send it back, that is ridiculous to pay as much as the cover so you can send me the correct item. I still have a cover that is useless.
I reported that I only received the cover and not the engine cover, about 3 weeks ago. You promised that I would have the motor cover by now. It appears you just prepared the shipping papers today. You have destroyed any credibility with me.
