Wrong cover was shipped. Clearly a warehouse picking error as the size and color did not match order. Sent item back and then silence for 2 weeks as to how and when I would receive replacement. I had to follow up again and request the replacement.

After receiving the replacement, it was the wrong color (Blue- I ordered gray) and frankly, it does not fit well
I purchased a cover on 6/12. Got an email saying it shipped on 6/18. I inquired about whereabouts on 6/19 when it was never received by UPS. I was told it was due to COVID-19 delays and it would be delayed a week...fine. I inquired again on 7/6 about whereabouts was told product was out of stock and would be an additional 1-2 weeks. Still have not received any information about when the product will ship and it's been over 2 weeks. I could understand if due to COVID there were delays in shipping but I was provided a shipping notification 6 days after ordering and now all of a sudden the product is back ordered and I was only notified about this because I inquired. This is just poor customer service.

I'm somewhat amazed that you guys don't know if I got the order or not. Shipping there should know this. Who's your warehouse manager? What's he doing?

Cover arrived with no installation guide. Online guide did not match the straps received with the cover. The straps in the online guide would have installed easier and not chafed the boat finish like the ones received.
Everything was so simple and easy.
I love my cover. With temps hitting 100 degrees in the summer it protected my car just as i hoped. It kept the inside relatively cool considering the temp outside. The cover fits my car perfectly and keeps my car dry in rainstorms. Made of quality material so i don't feel like it will rip or deteriorate. I hope this lasts for a long time but will definitely buy again if need be.
The cover is great quality, however the cover was a little short.
I never got the support posts that were supposed to come with it. The customer service rep said he would have it added to my order at his end since I couldn't add it to my cart.

I got a replacement cover for my Seadoo. It fits better but not great.

My first car cover it fits great would reccomend highly... its perfect and reasonable... easy to put on and made well... glad it fit and looks great
I wrote a terrible review for them because the cover was not what I was told it would be, but I contacted customer service and they took care of me. No BS no excuses they just did what they said they would do. That means a lot to me because it showed me that they stand by their word. This is a company that can be trusted.
This company's customer service is lacking. They don't address the actual issue and only reply with solutions not specific to issue. I've never seen a company completely void of basic understanding. Either the reps are not actual employees, nor that are given such a rigid script that they are unable to find solutions outside the norm. Mine was a shipping issue. It's sad to know I'd rather pay the restocking fee than to receive the item ordered.

I purchased a SUV cover about 2 - 1/2 yrs ago From seal skin. The cover was heavy and well made. Just ordered the same cover recently, 1/2 the weight, cheap, and did not fit. Sent it back for a refund, and was charged $30 restocking fee for the cheap cover they now make!
