Unable to use PayPal, tried multiple times. Frustration. I'm sure product is good but question is re my shoppping experience so far. Site does not work well on iPhone.
Since I had to call three times to get the second cover shipped, not a stellar performance.
First cover I got for my 2019 mustang was too small. I had difficultly getting someone to respond to my customer service emails and then I was told I would be charged 35.00 for the cover to be exchanged. After posting a negative review, the company finally waived the fee and send me a proper cover but the new one was slightly damaged, having a few slices in it that I had to patch. Repaired it myself and kept it because I didn't want to go through that stressful exchange process again. Price is good but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Next time I think I'd prefer to pay more and buy elsewhere. I think you get what you pay for. Thank you.
Online chat was very helpful to find correct one but was very slow on getting a response about my order, took multiple emails and phone class over a couple of days to get a generated response. Was a good company and cover just wish customer service was a bit better

I ordered the dark blue cover And the dye from the cover after the first rain storm went onto my seats and was very difficult to remove. I'm waiting for customer service to give me some kind of ideas to rectify the problem
