After the initial contact I made the order but the cover does not fit properly over the ladder rack on my truck. It is big enough to cover the top of the canopy and hood but will not stretch down over the back of the shell due to the round ladder rack gussets. I kept it because it covers enough of the vehicle to keep the rain and leaves off the windows, top of the shell, and hood. I can send a picture if that would help you.
Talked with salesperson when I originally ordered the cover. Even sent pictures of the boat and our wakeboarding bar. He sent out something that was completely wrong. Short by 7-8 feet and with a T-Top. It was as though he knew he didn't have the right size in and so just sent out something completely wrong in order to get credit for a sale.
After spending hours and several days trying to connect with customer service hopefully the right cover is on its way. I can see that the covers are well made. Just want to get the right one.
The process was simple. The chat was easy and very helpful. The 2 free gifts are very nice addition makes storing it easy and securing the cover mindless in that I don't need anything extra so its a complete package.

UPDATE: After placing a BBB complaint against SealSkin, I was contacted via email and informed they would refund the full purchase price. I added a star but am still very disappointed in the inability to contact them via the phone and their error in getting me a cover to fit my boat. But, on a positive note, I am very happy with the cover that was purchased from one of their competitors, they got it right the 1st time.
Original: I ordered a cover recommended by your sales representative back in May, it arrived and was way too long for the boat. It touched the ground. Notified Customer service. They sent an exchange. It arrived mid-July. The cover is still way too long for the boat. It covers out past the outdrive. Now I'm trying to contact Customer Service and after 20 minutes on hold, I was hung up on. Not hung up on once but twice before ever speaking with customer service after 20 + minutes on hold. Very disappointed in this product and the customer service. The boat has new upholstery and has been setting uncovered for the past 6 weeks waiting on the correct cover to arrive. Additionally, we ordered a navy blue cover (picture on the internet shows solid blue), both covers have arrived blue and grey. Don't know what they are using to look up the year/make/model of the boat, but whatever it is, it is not correct and wasting a lot of time and money.
