Great chat response! STill dissapointed that cover does not stay on with even slightest wind. I was hoping to avoid having to use weights on straps to keep cover from blowing off but elastic is far too weak to hold cover in place. But I will adjust to new issue

I sent a email explaining that there was supposed to be a lock included with my order but never received one, i got the bag that was also to be included, but as of today never did get the lock or a response.
Other than that i like the cover.
Ordering was great, but returns and customer service was terrible. The cover they sent me would not work on my type of boat, even though I went through a sales person on the phone to make sure i ordered the right one. I also ordered a cover for my motor, not knowing that the boat cover had one made into it already. I needed to return everything, it took them 2 weeks to get me authorization to return it, they don't want to deal with you on the phone at all, emails mostly. Then they charged me a restocking fee 20% even though they told me this would fit. My boat has a squared off front end and the one they said would fit comes to a point, I explained this to the salesman BEFORE ordering it to make sure I would get the right one. Not my fault for having to return it.
My third cover. GREAT product at a good price. 22 foot ski boat, 2003 C-Class sedan, 2003 C-Class wagon. Fit perfectly, the Ski Boat cover lived thrugh the collection of too much snow melt water because my support collapsed.
Went to chat room and within minutes I had what I was looking for.

Product is great, only problem i had was plastic ring that steel wire goes through broke within first week but other than that really good product
Easy to find and purchase the boat cover that I need. Fits well and thus far seems durable. Meets my needs to keep the boat clean and dry.

Easy ordering covers fit good only concern is light blue part of the covers did fade in the first month
Not Easy. Best option was chat. Phone had extreme wait times unless you choose Sales. Both covers where incorrect color and neither fit my boat even after I removed wake tower. Requested refund and that took over a week to get. Disappointed. Price for cover was excellent but sales/service support left a lot to be desired.
Slow shipping time. Over 6 weeks still no cover. Called CS. Lost tracking number. Finally, CS agreed cover was too small for Sierra PU so they sent a return label. I promptly sent it back was informed that a new cover would be sent within 48 to 72 hours, it's been 4 weeks still no replacement cover. So many other cover company's to buy from.
