I contacted customer service after product delivery to try to resolve a fit issue, and I never had my message returned!? It's telling that
Before i completed my order, customer service answered my questions promptly. After my product arrived and I determined that the cover doesn't fit properly over the stern I contacted customer service again. This time the was no reply whatsoever I'm terribly disappointed in this purchase, beware that you may have the same issue and find no resolution after your purchase!

As you can see by the last several reviews they must have QC issues, ordered a cover for my 2016 Corvette and it wouldnt even fit, tried to stretch and is at least 6 inches or more short. Bought the most expensive one, and since i didnt put it on until i put it up for the winter they wouldnt even exhange it even though its defective or incorrect as they say in an email its a semi custom fit! It should at least cover the car, if its too big thats fine but too short... spend your money elsewhere i was going to buy 3 more, glad i didnt!
Quick and easy
Be careful When you use this company they don't have a clue what they are doing. They send you a cover that does not fit. They are the ones picking out your cover for your car. I ask to speak to a manager they claim there is no manager Available. No one really wants to help with the matter that I had about my cover not fitting properly. Then they want to charge you the customer a 20% restocking fee because they don't have a clue what the hell they are doing. Buyer be ware.GO 2 CALIFORNIA CAR COVERS. They take the time 2 help you figure it out.And they do not charge you 20 % restock fee for there screw ups.

Appeared cover in stock when ordered. Contacted by email that out of stock almost 2 weeks later. THen found out a different color was available WE need this by next week to remove boat for storage. Would have been nice to be called right away about available other color. CAlled today to find out another color available. Sending rush. Thanks but original service not good!
