First sight that listed my boats size and type and had a cover to fit.

The process took many weeks longer than stated at time of order. Waited over a month for the cover to arrive and then it was the wrong one. A few weeks more and we did receive a cover that would fit our pontoon boat. Talking to a real person was difficult and filling out problem tickets and waiting for automated responce was frustrating.

Long delay in getting replacement cover, but staff is always friendly. Finally got cover after multiple phone calls. It is very nice.

I gave it five because I couldn't believe how easy it was you had all my information write down my card number.,,, but what Disturbed B was get all my information write down 2 my card number expiration everything, I'm not mad at you guys I just like to know where you got it. After entering the promo code the apply button was spinning but by pressing proceed the discount was not there.

Second replacement cover for a 1986 Lincoln Town car, still too short and have been waiting for over a week for return shipment sticker. 3 days ago was told it would be emailed to me in 48 hours, nothing yet. Seems like customer service has really dropped the ball this time

My cover leaked so I sent it back for an exchange! Somehow you forgot about me for approximately four weeks. I had to call to finally get my new cover shipped.
