Order was incorrect when received. The color of one of the two covers that I ordered were shipped incorrectly, as well as one of the two covers didn't even come close to fitting the jet ski that was identified. It had to be shipped back for a replacement.

It was easy to find the correct cover for my boat and easy to order. The fitting over the windshield is too short and should be at least 12 inches longer to fit properly.

When i ordered i got the wrong colors and they sent the the wrong size for the one they shiped. Called them repededly it took to long But they did fix the problem and i got the right sizes for the covers. They need take care of there customers better. They have a good product, i will buy again hope it gets better. Thats why they have these surveys. Just trying to help.

I sent back a cover that was too small 2 weeks ago and haven't heard from anyone yet. I put in a claim with my credit card for a refund and within 5 days sealskin sent out a cover that actually fit. Hopefully the cover works better than their customer service
