Easy transaction. The cover did not quite fit as well as I would have liked, but it is a nice quality cover.
Fast easy online ordering. Quick delivery. The customer service over the phone when I called to report a double shipment was less than friendly given that I was calling to send them back a duplicate shipment (an error on their part) and save them money. I could have just kept the item and not said anything. She did not even thank me for calling. Short of rude in my opinion. At least I know I did the right thing. :)
Once you've figured out what you want, it' takes about 2 minutes to checkout. Very easy!

Your prices were better than the competition. The quality of the cover seems good. The cover is currently protecting a car that is outside and baring the brunt of New Hampshire weather; rain, snow, ice, etc. In the spring, or after a couple of years I will be better able to grade the protection if provided, and see how the cover itself holds up under taxing conditions. For now, so far so good.

Easy instructions to place an order. The product is nice but once you take it out of container bag you'll never be able to put it back (too hard to fold up). It does the job of protecting the car.

The cover is obviously a generic, because it does not fit the car like it was made just for it. I've had to add additional bungie cords and clamping tie downs to keep it on the car. It does keep the snow off, about the only thing.
