Good website...user friendly. The product itself was made of good quality materials, but it was quite a bit larger than anticipated. I ended up bunching the rear and tying it up. My car is a 1965 VW beetle.

Well, I think the "shopping" experience was pretty easy. I mean I knew what I was looking for and thought I pretty much found it. The item, the price and the advertised quality...boom! There it is. However, when I received the item and went to use it, it fell short of what I was imagining it would be. I think the quality is what I was expecting in a motorcycle cover, certainly the price was very reasonable (I've paid more for getting much less in the past) but I'm not sure whether or not I received the correct item. The cover doesn't fit the entire bike from top to bottom and from front to back. I want to emphasize that I did not call costumer service since I've been using it to ask why. My bad. Been busy with more important things I guess. But since I was asked to respond with this questionnaire, this is my testimony for today and once I get things corrected, I will update my review.

I've been satisfied. This is the second cover that I've purchased. Both are great products, and your company handled the orders professionally. Very nicely done!
Good product if it remains water proof
Since I purchased the product it has only been less than 2 months and one of the snaps to hold the strap on the cover cam off the cover where it is stitched together. Basically the stitched pulled off of the front strap so the strap is no longer attached to the cover. I will have to take the cover with the strap to someone that has a sewing machine that can stitch the strap back to the cover. To much trouble to send it back to you with mailing and packaging. I would say to come up with a much stronger stitching to hold the strap onto the cover so it does not pull off so easily.
The cover looks great and the reviews were helpful.
