Over all I had an excellent shopping experience. The Web site was very navigable and user friendly.
I was however disappointed in the fit. The material and construction were pretty good. I did however order a cover for a 1976 corvette stingray and what I received doesn't even come close to fitting right. It looks like a giant bag and droops to the ground. :( if the product fit right in would recommend this to friend's but not right now.

I understood I was ordering a custom-made car cover. These car covers are not custom-made. After receiving the wrong car cover and trying to exchange it, my interaction with customer service rep was poor. The exchange process was too cumbersome. The representative's attitude unfriendly. It took nearly two months to complete a simple purchase transaction. I will use a different provider for next car cover.

The cover fits my Polaris Jagged X nearly as if custom made. Quality is great, and to date has with stood 40-60 MPH wind, blowing sand and driving rain
Item was not as stated. Not close to what I needed. I was very unhappy with the response I received when calling about the problem.
With help from PayPal I return the item and received a full refund.
