Very easy to install
Ordered the cover specific to my boat, but it doesnt 100% fit. We are still using it, but its not right.

I requested an exchange on a previous order and received an email confirmation of approval, then another of denied approval. It was 1 day past 30 and arrived late to begin with. My second order never shipped due to back order while I was charged immediately for the item and never notified of the backorder status. Finally it arrived some 4+ weeks after ordering and having to make 3 calls to C/S. No one ever offered anything to make it right. Product quality=5*. Customer Service = -3*. Done!

I received my sealskin cover for my 2007 bayliner. The cover has faded quit quickly and one of the black tie down loops has already torn off of the cover. Besides those issues, I am pleased.

Placed order then was informed that my item was not in stock. Took a few emails to make everyone understand the color was not important to me. Finally received a cover, which fits my SeaDoo.
I sent you the make, year and model of my boat. You sent me what cover to order. When I tried to put it on it was over two feet too long and there was no way I could trailer my boat with it, so back into the box it went and there it will sit collecting dust.
Great shopping experience, glad to have online chat, would not have found the product I purchased without it.
