Easy purchase, I hope the cover works as intended
I have had nothing but issues with my cover new out of the box. I was informed when I spoke with a woman that my cover would fit with jack plate which it didn't fit. It leaked just after 1 month and i was emailed the wrong confirmation number to someone else's order for a different boat that lives in Florida. I have had nothing but issues with the company. On the positive side the customer service staff is polite.

Turns out it didnt come close to fitying my ninja zx14r. I use the storage sack for separating my shoes from clean clothes - works well for that 2 pairs of shoes fit right in and the drawstring keeps my clothes fresh. I got an email from them yhat lefy me with the feeling that somehow its my fault that the cover didnt fit. So satisfied with the out come? No, would i risk another 100+ dollars No way. If i ever get a mini bike or maybe i can cover my a/c unit next winter.

Covers were different color design that were shown in photos.
Very easy checkout process, however, I was sent a cover I understood was specification for a Corvette that was too small. Returning it was rather easy. Now I have a cover for "a large vehicle" that covers the front and back of my car and lies on the ground on both sides. These are general covers. Not a cover for ANY specific car. I guess I get what I paid for even when advertised differently.

I appreciated the prompt responses to my questions; however, I was misinformed that the cover I ordered was suitable for a boat that was moored in the water. I specifically asked if the cover had a ratchet system to cinch it around the rub rail of my boat, and was told yes. The cover that was shipped to me had tie downs to secure it, which would work fine to cover the boat out of the water, but not ideal for a boat in a slip.
