Customer service was the best I have ever experienced. Used live chat, found the precise cover I needed and done. Thought is was wrong one when received b/c said for car and I ordered for motorcycle, called and he assured me it would fit, just try it out and if it doesn't meet my needs, send it back. It fit perfectly. Will definitely order from them again
Very quick and easy ordering process. The item was backlogged for a bit but I was informed along the way. The cover itself is exactly what I was looking for, something to cover the boat from the bow to the back of the swim platform.
BAD I waited over a month for the cover and when it finally came it was the wrong one even though
It was a higher price cover than the one I paid for I had to cut to make it work but still doesn't fit right
To long but wasn't going to return it and wait over another month for another one.h

I received the wrong cover and when I tried to get the cover I had originally ordered they stated that it was on back order and would be back in stock in 7 to 10 days. I then receive, a few days later, an email stating that they no longer carry the cover I had ordered. I returned the cover that they sent me and was charged a 20% restocking fee. I had to send them another email informing them that the return was due to there mistake and they refunded me the 20% restocking fee. I feet that Sealskin is no a company I want to do business with and would not recommend them to any of my friends.

The covers fit very good they seem to do a great job, I think that the black color fades.
