Nice cover but I received the wrong color. I would advise everyone to check color as you open the package. I unfortunately opened my package in my garage without my lights on and discovered after I started unrolling cover that it was blue. I ordered black
After ten years my original cover finally wore out. Ordered a new one but it was too small and didn't fit. Exchanged it for another but that one was way too big. They refunded my money with no questions asked as I had by then had the original cover repaired. Great customer service!

I am a marine owner and boat mechanic and I bought one of these covers for one of my customers and they are not made in the US all the tags say made in china they are worse quality then the ones on Amazon for half the price. Their customer service will not give you warranty if you live in Canada they have some small print somewhere you can see it. STAY CLEAR of this scam of a company.
I received my cover for my Honda Ridgeline however it was too long for my truck. I contacted customer service and they had a representative contact me. I provided pictures of the cover on my truck and the representative provided the return label for replacement. I received my new cover and it was a better fit. I am well satisfied.
Order 2 lawn chair covers from this company back in March after 5 weeks. Did not receive products so I called inquire. They said it's a special order I mentioned that summer would be over if they if I did not receive the product soon. I did eventually end up receiving the product. Which turned out to be nothing but a couple of leather bags that would not cover a lawn chair. Call to inquire on what I received. And they asked me to take pictures of it and measurements and email That back to them, I did and did not receive a return email or call or anything.

First cover did not fit but you came thru and took original back and sent one that fits much better.
Excellent cover to keep your car free of elements. The only thing I would have incorporated with this cover is additional retaining eyelets to the front and rear and not just the center.
The only reason I gave them 2 stars is for the quality of the cover (keep in mind it was the wrong one and I still have not received the replacement)I ordered a cover for my boat and they send the wrong one... No big deal... I contacted them and they wanted some info from the cover tag and I sent it to them and they issued me a return label. When I was sent the label I contacted them to ask to cross ship my replacement and they informed me that they can if I pay $119 and they would ship it immediately and when they received the original one they would refund my $119. I said no problem and paid the $119. Well 2 weeks later I still have not received the replacement cover and they received the original one a week ago. I email to ask what was going on and they said it was shipped yesterday and gave me a tracking number... So much for the cross shipping and refund of my $119 as of right now! I have added pictures of the 1st cover they sent... still waiting on the replacement

Cover is really good. Live close to the ocean where it rains often, and cover is 100% waterproof as advertised.
The cover has performed as advertised. The fit was perfect. The exterior of the cover is far superior to my old Budge cover. It is totally waterproof and so far shows no signs of wear or discoloration.
