Not waterproof, started flaking this powder everywhere which I assume was the water repellent treatment coming off making a mess leaving residue on my Nissan 370z and worst of all, I took it off of my car after having it on for the summer and it left these damaged spots in my paint job! I think it was the powder soaking through and getting trapped between the car and cover for a couple months.

Very poor service even when they omitted that they sent me the wrong cover they did not want. To fix there mistakes and finally when they did send me a new cover they still sent me the wrong cover
Website described their cover to work on a 2014 Ultra Limited HD. 1st one was way to small. 2nd one was a little bigger but still didn't fit. They now want an 18% restocking fee to return this cover for a refund. Unacceptable. Alan in customer service is really no help.
We purchased a cover for our boat and received it as quickly as promised, however we received one that was too big for our boat. We were leaving the lake for home when we realized it was too big and could not return it within the window allowed for an exchange, however due to the circumstances they honoured our exchange and got things solved. Great customer service!
I ordered both a boat cover and a cover for my truck. Once I received the boat cover, I had to make an appointment with a canvas company to sew in a spotlight cover. I dropped off the boat along with the cover still in the sealed box that was sent to me. The canvas company calls me and says the cover is too small to fit the boat. I call Sealskin and they ask me to send pictures which I do. Then they say even though I ordered the correct cover, they would charge me to ship out a replacement...which there would be no guarantee that it would fit any different. On top of that, since I contacted them past their 30 day return policy, they would not give me a refund. Mind you, I ordered the cover on their system for the correct year, model and option with a swim platform. I replied to the email attached here asking for a manager to contact me and they went radio silent. Meanwhile, the canvas shop has my boat in their garage and needs answers.
To add insult to injury, I also ordered a cover for my pickup truck. I had bought this to use for winter storage in the fall, but now i was worried that it would be wrong too...and it was. On the 32nd day, I test fit it on my truck and find out it is about 3 feet too long...ugh. For the truck, I also ordered for the year, model and bed length that I have.
These guys should be ashamed of themselves for such bad business practice. Steer clear and order from a reputable company.
Looks great, lightweight, has a tie down without the tie, this particular seal skin is not durable as the higher grade.
I heard a lot about Seal Skin. When I finally purchased it, it came in the wrong size so I would contact Seal Skin to assure the size is accurate. Seal Skin replaced it with the correct size. The only complaint I have, so far is when I ask the question 3 times "For some reason (it could be the Texas heat) the first cover color has faded at least 1 whole shade lighter. Are these covers supposed to break down like that so quickly?" with NO response. The new (replacement) cover is experiencing the same issue.

Every exchange took a week for a respose when told it was 20 inches too wide they ask for photos of install this was orderd on the website by make and model but they did not know the size of the boat...jc

The cover I received does cover my 2002 T-Bird but it's a little longer than the car. The color that I ordered was grey but this one is closer to white.
