Overall great transaction.
The initial service and order was great, until i received a yellow and black cover which online looked green (fluorescent) in color. I was able to return and exchange it. The only problem with the exchange was it did not happen as i was informed. The email on exchanges states the new one would ship within when notification was rec'd from UPS. I had to contact SealSkin two weeks later to find out where the new cover was. They shipped in within a day after i called.

Written after N0V 15. I HAVE NOT YET USED THE SEALSKIN cover i ordered. I have practiced placing it on my auto to get a feel for how best to do it. I expect to be using it after Nov 30,2017 as the weather cools and snow may appear in my region Over all the cover appears durable and easy to place/remove on the relatively small auto ( Nissan Versa Note)I own. I would be willing to share more info on the sealskin cover after the coming WIS. Winter
The cover fits pretty well, but I can't seem to keep it from pooling water, probably due to the ladder handles that stick up from the back. Any suggestions or recommendations would be appreciated. Otherwise, I love the strap configuration and the material is fantastic. Overall I would certainly recommend it and I will buy another for my bass boat. Thanks for the extra strap material.

I received a cover that was too large and returned it for a smaller size. I place 3 calls during the 8 days after my return was received and each time was told the cover had shipped the day before. I requested to speak with a supervisor and was told I couldn't. I received a second cover a week later and it was the same size I returned. I went through the same scenario, was told it was shipped when it wasn't, finally received a smaller size cover. Took almost 2 months to get a cover. I needed another cover and purchased that from Pep Boys. I will not purchase from you again.
Completely satisfied with cover. Fits perfectly on the boat. Was a little confused with installation but on and holding tight so far Boat parked outside winter winds and temps will be the test.
