I spoke to customer service about which size I needed. She was wrong. Now I'm stuck with a boat cover I can't use.
I expected better quality for the price
It didn't fit my boat like I thought it would it's different from what I thought i was getting without a cinch strap that runs around the outside bottom of the cover for a tight snug fit

The sales person told me the cover had a cinch strap which it didn't! I confirmed this with him several times. I ended up sending it back and got hit with a restocking charge because of his error. I tried getting that fee waived with no luck. Poor customer service to say the least!
