Your site navigation was fairly good. The slow response time (or lack thereof) from your online chat folks was useless -- it was faster for me to just look up the item myself.
I am happy with the overall experience but the cover is only about 30 days old and it is already faded a lot but the water repellency still seems good.

Quick, easy, affordable.
The fitting was perfect for my vehicle, the only thing I'm very disappointed about is the fact that the inside of the cover is Filled completely with lint. My whole fabric soft top has attracted this and now I have to do extra cleaning on my soft top. Very annoyed about the inside fabric about it.
Cover fit as described but has already faded out in just 3 months.

Had to leave before I finished my order. Came back and cart was empty, had to reorder. Not a big problem
Out the box on the first use, the cover left fibers all over my convertible top that we very hard to remove. Very poor quality. Called Customer Service, said I could return but would be charged a 20% "Restocking Fee". Refused to give me all of my money back. Ridiculous!
