It was straightforward and painless. I was able to quickly find what I wanted. I found the material to be what i was looking for. I believe that it will last longer than some of the other car covers that I've purchased in the past. But we will see. Only time will tell how thew material holds up in our florida sun.

I ordered a car cover for my husbands 2018 Dodge Challenger three weeks ago so he could have it as a birthday present. The site and order in said 2-3 days to ship, 5-7 days max until you receive it. That was three weeks ago. I have emailed them numerous times, called them, And rarely get a person or response. The two people I did talk to said this is their busy time do they got behind but are on track now. The item showed as a created label for 9 days before it was even shipped. Its been shipped for 7 but isnt here yet and the tracking never updates. If I ordered a car cover off of Amazon I wouldve had it in two days. This company has to be the most dysfunctional, unorganized company I have ever dealt with. The right-hand has no idea what the left hand is doing and neither one cares. I need a second cover for my Durango and hell would freeze over before I would order from them again.
Cover arrived quickly, no issues. Corvette has been covered since as it sits in direct hot sun. We'll see how it holds up after summer heat.

The cover I received is about 2ft too short. Doesn't cover the swim deck.

It took over a month for my product to arrive. Although this was not a problem as i was in no rush, it was a long enough time for me to think something had gone wrong.
I expected a delivery within the USA to be faster, and as such i was worried that something had gone wrong.
For some reason, my order got held up in CA for over 3 weeks. This was very frustrating with no information as to the delay. I am very satisfied with the final product when it finally arrived. My only dissatisfaction is I have to sew an antenna part. It should have already been part of the product.

Ordered the boat cover needed for the make/model of my boat (Mako 220 with a hardtop) based upon the recommendation of the online customer service rep. Received the cover and it fit snuggly. The cover had access zippers on both sides which promptly ripped after the first week. This has got to be the worst boat cover I have ever had for the money spent. Seal Skins return policy is so limited that you cannot return or get a replacement for any cover unless it is still in original packaging. Bummer
Overall I'm happy with the product so far.

I orded a XXXL for a Victory Cross Country touring and said it would be a guaranteed fit which it was a foot Too Short in length and I had to send it back and lost a 20% restocking charge
That was the only complain I have with Seal Cover Company

We ordered two sealskin covers. The first was for my 2004 Ford F-250. The second for a 2014 Honda Pilot. Both fit well and are great. After the first heavy rain, the pick-up cover created a pond in the pick up bed. I have created a "covered wagon effect" to solve this problem. Six pieces of 3/4" pvc 3 foot long, two of about 4', two 3 way (tee) and one 4 way connector did the trick. Stick one of the six (3' sections) in each stake bead hole, meet them in the middle with a tee at the front and rear, and the 4 way in the middle, place the longer pieces front to middle and middle to back. This allows the water to drain off rather than pool.
