Chat found my covers with no hesitation! One cover fit nicely, the other was a struggle to put on. It's been less than 2 months, and the jet ski covers are really faded. I have contacted the company, but instead of addressing my concerns, they sent me this survey. Not sure if one thing has to do with the other, but this is my response.
Please provide reviews for boat products and additional information on warranty for boat covers.

Quick, convenient and exactly what I needed.
I have had this cover for two years and unfortuantly. A warranty issue. We did the warranty online. And customer service was fantastic. We received our replacement within a week and back in business. I hate it when you need the warranty, let's face it nothing is perfect but when a company stands behind their product. That's true value.
The boat covers fits, but not a clean fit. Bunched up in places, tight in others. But my main complaint is the color of the skin faded EXTREMELY fast! We've only had the cover for 2 months, it was originally this beautiful blue color. Now it's a very faded light blue and almost white in places. Streaked where it is bunched up. I would think since it's designed to be out in the sun all day that the fabric would not fade as this skin has. We spent a lot of money on this cover, wanted it to look good, but now it just looks like a old cover.

I had to put the mailing address and billing information in three times before the order went through. We got our cover after the hailstorm had already hit our car, and we haven't had one since. We use the cover whenever a storm threatens. I think this cover would protect the car better than most covers. Only the next storm will tell for sure.

Cover is way too big. I emailed for a return receipt, but never received it even after two follow up emails. Cover is un-usable and Seal Skin does not follow through on "customer satisfaction" promise.
