The overall experience was pretty good; however, the covers didn't fit...the first one was too large... the second one is too small. But I don't think there is a size in-between the two sizes that I was sent. Sealskin has tried to satisfy me, but I just don't think they're able to...
I'm going to try again to get some help from customer service...

Excellent shopping experience.

Easy selection and checkout process, BUT...
The product doesn't fit my car properly and the instructions are not very good at all. The online instructions are different from the packaging instructions and neither match with the actual cover. I had to do some extra engineering to get it to stay on the car and it still doesn't fit properly. There is no need to select what kind of car if it is generic anyway. Should just be sub-compact, compact, mid-size, full-size and so on.
I'm not happy with this product.
I will not recommend this product.
I will actually steer people away from this product.

The purchase process made me believe I was purchasing a product designed for that model specifically, instead I received a product that was a generic cover at best to fit a variety of sizes, product fits very poorly, product puddles/holds water in & after rain, fits so loosely that windy days the cover ends up stretched across the driveway/yard held back by the cheap padlock
When it came it had a huge rip in it. I stithe it back together the best I could because I didn't want the hassle of sending it back and waiting on a new one.
Did not fit my boat with outboard motors, even though it asks if you have an additional trolling motor option. No good way to cover the transom, and they had no solution
Not worth the effort to return.
