The cover was a little to big for my boat but i can make it work a lot better than if it was to small,other than that looks like a great product,thanks.

I am NOT satisfied. I tried to return the cover 2 days after your 30 day return policy after shipping. There were extenuating circumstances, as I explained. I did not open the box or remove the cover. Your customer service needs to be more flexible for some cases. When I originally called, your CSR left me with the impression that he was sending me a return address lable. After not receiving for a week, I called back and he said I "exceeded" the 30 days and the SALE WAS FINAL, as no "ticket"was entered in the system. His not entering a ticket was not my fault. There are more tickets in your system where I have attempted to explain this situation.
Bottom line... I want to return the cover for credit to the charge. I will ever pay for shipping back to you.

The Sealskin 1200 boat cover I purchased faded real bad in only 6 weeks. With the color going away so quickly, I expect it to be losing it's waterproof ability real soon. When I called to complain I was told the warranty doesn't cover "aesthetics"! I don't consider die quality and weatherproof quality as something cosmetic.
The cover itself is very well constructed. Well worth the price. Using the tool to select the recommended cover for my boat did not account for my outboard motor. I can make the cover received work but it is not as tight a fit on the transom as I would like.
Why is sales tax charged, are you located in NY? I have a 1987 Buick Regal which this cover will fit. The only complaint is the position of the straps that hold the cover from under the car. The straps are sewn directly in front of the tires. Since you say the cover fits my car I think the pattern should have been better designed.Otherwise the cover fits well.
Purchased items were as advertised. However, shipping did NOT occur when promised. There was no communication from seller until I attempted to contact them. After a while, I tried to cancel the order. I received a response that the order was shipped already and I couldn't cancel. I could return merchandise and deal with a "restocking fee".
This transaction was a near total cluster ****. As the merchandise is seemingly reasonable goods, I say near total rather than full total!

Shipping and delivery were great. Cover was what I expected and looks to be of the same quality I paid for. Have not used it much yet because of outside circumstances, so cannot comment on that.
Professional service was provided to include the shipment of items requested.
The security cable and lock were not shipped with the cover. I contacted Customer Care; they arranged for the missing items to be shipped to me. The cable and lock were received as promised. All's well that ends well!
I am very pleased with both the fit and quality of the cover I purchased.
First boat cover ordered with measurements and model, was much to small. I sent it back and the new cover works but in actuality it's still to small and tight, but I didn't have a second chance to send back and wait again. I'm using it, still a bit small, but I had to cover it.
I don't understand how with measurements, year, model, etc. it couldn't have been a better fit.

Cover is Very Nice, Customer Service was Excellent! The Cover Itself Does Not Fit Like In the Pictures. Does Not Completely Cover Wheels on my 2014 Indian Chief Vintage, Like The Pictures On The Website. The Front Wheel Is Exposed, and the Cover Only Fits When Under Front Fender!
