I ordered the top of the line UTV cover for a polaris general, then sent a cheap generic cover that is thin and way too big. I called them 5 times with no results they just keep adding to my ticket, 3 months has passed with no response from them.
Every thing was fine
Good quality cover, price was right, but was a poor fit for my truck. Very loose fit over cab, bed, and mirrors.
The product is very good and fits as advertised and functions as advertised. The original cover "disappeared" in shipment somewhere but the manufacturer may not have been to blame for that. They sent another cover which arrived on the time schedule promised.

These are ok covers but according to their website, the cover I ordered included a free cable and lock, which I never received. I tried calling customer service but I was on hold for 15 min on two separate occasions. After 15 min or so, the phone would just disconnect. Good luck with ever trying to speak with someone.

The product was thinner than expected and it's a generic fit, even though I supplied the exact type vehicle for the cover, including year, make and model.
I am pleased with the tight fit around the perimeter of the vehicle as the cover stayed in place during 40mph winds.
For potential customers that need to know, the vehicle in question is a Yamaha waverunner.

This company is literally the most unprofessional business I have had to deal with. It really is unfortunate in this "Amazon domination" world we live in we cannot go outside that site and feel safe. That said the cover is no better than a cover I would get at Advance Auto or elsewhere for half the price. Very disappointed with the quality on arrival and the simple act of asking them how to return it took almost a week. Meanwhile they will be zapping me for 20% of the purchase price. Buyer beware-do not waste you money.
