I returned the cover for a refund, the cover was not a very good fit, it was too long and wide. For the cost, that was disappointing. I haven't received the refund yet, could someone in customer service let me know when my card will be credited.

After a month of emails, and a phone call, and one exchange. I ended up settling for the wrong size cover. I had to put the jetski outside for winter, so I could not wait any longer. I sent emails with the correct part number and made a phone call after I received the wrong size again. The customer service was terrible. I tried to help you get it right. Just look at the thirteen emails I sent. It seems nobody read them or cared too. I will not buy another cover from you due to the poor customer service. I have six jetski's outside. The cover quality is fine for the price, you need to figure out your sizes.
Price is competitive. The only issue was that there was a problem with the product shipping out timely.

SUPPOSED TO BE 600 DENIER AND SENT PAPER THIN GARBAGE LESS THAN 200 DENIER. ALSO TOO SMALL FOR THE UTV
The wrong cover the first time, the wrong cover the second time, inferior material, stitching is loose, just a complete piece of garbage all the way around. I don't know why but sealskin still cannot figure out what cover goes on my boat which I can get the cover from any other cover maker to fit my boat, because i already have. And received the correct one the first time. My time is wasted taking covers back and forth from the UPS, avoid doing business with this company. Customer service is almost non-existent.

Very nice cover.
I bought a 5layer car cover for my car and I spent about $140 and got a tarp one layer cover $20 worth. I asked them to return it because obviously I got the wrong item they said the item was the right one and they wanted to charge me 20% restock fee. Worst business ever

I received my order but it did not include all items (cable and lock). I had to contact sealskincovers.com and request those. Those items were shipped and received.
The car cover seems to be of good quality but I'm not sure I received the cover I actually ordered. There is no marking on the item or on the paperwork/wrapping material that states the size or type of cover.
