Had what I was looking for, easy to order.
Cover took a little longer to arrive than I had expected. I called and was given a tracking number. Cover arrived soon after. Cover fit reasonably well and seems to be good quality. So far I am pleased with my purchase.
Overall cover is to short and does not cover both bumpers. Expected mirror pockets to be more detailed/sewn for tight fit.
Believed the cover was more custom fitted to my boat. The first was too small and the second too big. Did not receive any instructions on how to attach the tie-down straps (there's more than one way they could go and the correct way is not intuitive).
My cover is less than a year old and already falling apart. So much for a 10 year warranty. At this rate it will only be a year before I am buying a cover from someone else.
When I started the warranty exchange I was told that they would ship my product out as soon as they received UPS tracking on my return. They were going to make an exception for me and not make me wait the usual 2-3 weeks, because my car does not have windows and can't sit outside that long. Long story short that was a straight up lie. When I contacted customer support they said too bad and no you can't talk to me manager. The man on the phone even told me I needed to stop wasting his time and he was going to hang up on me.
I ordered this cover and it was incorrect for my application. Sent it back for a larger cover. You people lied and said my cover was on it's way. Asked for management and no one got involved. Was like pulling teeth to get any kind of information and to get my money back. NEVER do business with your company EVER again! Customer service staff IS USELESS! How dare you ask me for a review!
I bought this Sealskin cover for winter storage, and love it.! I highly recommend it to anyone lookinh to buy. It is custom made to fit perfectly and is really a wonderful product.

First experience with customer service on phone was terrible, unacceptable, and the 2 people I spoke with should NEVER work in customer service anywhere. I never received confirmation that my order was received and they were useless in confirming for me. My follow up call a week later was handled well.
Straight forward buyer experience.
I have been using the cover for a few weeks. This is an excellent product but please make the hold own straps 6" longer.

Cover fits boat good, will only be used as off season storage cover in a closed garage. Good cover,good value and good customer service.
Biggest waste of money and worst customer service I have ever encountered. The cover was gigantic while they advertise "the perfect fit". It was suppose to include a cable lock and antenna patch. After 3 and a half weeks and about 4 phone calls, i still never received the patch. Asked for a refund since it was so poorly made. Sent it back on 11/4 and they still have not given me my money back. Today is 11/26. Had to file a dispute with my credit card company. I could literally go on and on about how terrible they are.
Difficulty finding our model but 2nd chat person found exact model needed.
Cover is garbage. First time we put it on the car the seams started coming apart. Very poor quality.
To start with the cover is nice but the customer service and the lies are the problem I ordered my cover for my 1998 BMW 740il and I even called to make sure it fit and of coarse I was told yes that is the one you need ($149) well it showed up the lock and cable was missing (still have not received it over a month now) the cove did not fit was about 3 feet to short so I called them and this is what they told me " sir these covers are generic but they fit a lot of different cars but tell us how short it is and we will upgrade you to the correct one" I said really! Well it's been a bit now and have not heard a thing I call and emailed them and they keep saying we are working on it! The cover would have been very nice but they do not fit and to try and get your money back is such a joke
(and so is seal skin covers the company) So to sum it up if you like hassle, getting a run around and the loss of your money this is the cover you want! LOL,, TURN & RUN
Ordered a Seal Skin Supreme All Weather Outdoor Cover from the companies website. Cost was $149.
What i received in the mail looks nothing like the picture on the website, which is a light grey cover with a dimpled pattern. I received a cover that is not dimpled and with what appears to be a rubberized coating on the outside. The tag on the cover and the bag reveals what it actually is. These covers are actually made by a company called OXGORD.
A quick search of my covers part number from the tag, OXGORD CCAR-745-MM, shows that you can buy these covers in the $60-$80 range from Amazon to Walmart.
I also didnt get my "free" lock and the storage bag that it comes with is to small to be useful. After reading the rest of these reviews, calling them to return it seems like a pointless task.
Easy ordering. Great price. It took some time to get my order. It never left the warehouse. After I contacted customer service, they were courteous and prompt to take care of the situation. I received my order shortly afterwards. Thank you. I am very pleased with the cover I ordered.
