I had two "hitch's" with your website; the first was I was unable to find the "continue shopping" button so as to place the 2nd order, then after I entered my Visa info I realized I could use the "COVERME" coupon which upon entry negated my Visa info which had to be re-entered.
It was easy and clear with sufficient information to make a decision
Took several weeks and a couple of phone calls to get it sent out
It took 2 weeks to get my product, they didn't ship it for 9 days. Said they dropped the ball. They were awful to talk too and not helpful. Worst online experience I have had.
Ordered cover and sfter live chat was told it was semi custom for MY boat. Got cover and it was the same China made, generic cover everyone else sells. Tried their "easy" exchange service. After 5 emails they said I should return it and they'd charge me the restocking fee. After several more emails I got them to exchange it for a cover I picked out. Boats in storage until spring so I wont know if this one fits till its too late. NOT SEMI CUSTOM, China made and generic sizing.
Easy to use and good prices
I tried to order a cover online, couldn't find it, chatted to one of the representative and said yes we have it here is the product no. Ordered it and didn't even open it till mid October when ready to put car away, the cover was 5ft. Short. They said i only have 30 days to exchange, that's the product # they gave me, worst place to order and they only last 6 months the best one they have, rip off
The product, price and service were great.
Your staff said this cover was for the trike kit I had on my bike. It was no where close and then you charged me a restocking fee for what I would call your mistake.
When returning you stated you did NOT have anything that would fit my trike kit.
This was poor customer service.

You sent me a cover at least 2 feet too short. Then said sent me a shipping label to send it back... which I did... weeks ago. Tracking number shows no progress. I finally talked to someone on the chat window on your website who said she would follow up on it, but all I get is this email asking me to rate you. I've never had such a poor experience. I want the cover, as long as it fits. It at least appeared to be a quality cover, even if it was far too small. Send me a cover that fits. If you can't, refund my money, but if you try to charge me a restocking fee to cover your mistake, I will not let it rest.
TERRIBLE! IT DOES NOT FIT EVEN CLOSE. SERVICE CENTER IS A JOKE. I ORDERED A COVER. THEY EMAILED ME THEY ORDER COMFIMATION WITH THE WRONG MODEL #. I IMMEDIATELY CALLED AND WAS TOLD IT FIT BOTH MODELS. WHEN I FINALLY RECIEVED IT TOTALLY WRONG COVER. AFTER WEEKS OF TRYING TO GET THE RIGHT ONE, THEY RESPOND AND EXCEPT THE RETURN AND I WILL RECIEVE SHIPPING INFO IN AN EMAIL THAT NEVER COMES. I EMAIL BACK LOOKING FOR THE INFO TO SHIP IT BACK AND THEY RESPOND BY SAYING IT EXCEEDED 30 DAYS. THIS IS AFTER THEY HAVE ALREADY EXCEPTED IT. VERY SHADY COMPANY. TAKE YOUR MONEY RUN. FIND A REPUTABLE COMPANY. THIS IS CLEARLY NOT ONE.
Nice cover with a good price and FAST shipping, I bought the all weather cover yet keep my Vette in the garage, this cover will outlast me and the car. Very happy with the quality and fit!
Price reasonable. Easy ordering. Picture showed specific"ear" sleeves for the side mirrors. This is not the case. Also there is no gromet for the back end. Had to purchase a deflapper to keep the back end down, as the winds kept blowing it up and off the vehicle.Even though we used the front and side gromets, Loved that the " front" was clearly marked. This was a big help to know which way to attach from the start. Seems to be holding up well despite strong winds. We'll re-evaluate in the spring, to see how well it protected our vehicle. Thank you.

We was told a direct fit for the car it doesn't want to stay on the car with out be tied on the car with rope

While the product is of good quality, the customer service is laughable. Two months after the original order, we are still trying to get a refund for the cover that (despite the website stating that it would fit our boat) does not fit our boat. An exchange was sent mistakenly after we had clearly requested a refund. The second cover ALSO did not fit, yet Seal Skin refuses to provide a full refund. While I understand there is a 20% restocking fee for covers that are completely acceptable, customers should not be paying this cost when a cover is CLEARLY not the fit that Seal Skin "guarantees." Three phone calls to customer service asking for a supervisor to contact me went unacknowledged. Those that answer the phones "message" back and forth with supervisors for direction, yet supervisors will not reach out to customers directly. TERRIBLE customer service. The other reviews mentioning the poor quality of customer services are 100% accurate.
