I have received the wrong cover for my boat and have been trying to get the information to send it back and get the correct cover
The car cover arrived at the expected date. The cover fits fairly well on my 2018 Camaro. This is not a custom fitted cover, but it does cover the entire car as expected. There are straps for securing the cover. I have not used these since the car is parked in the garage.

Ordered dec 9, was supposed to be delivered dec 11. Contacted company on the 17. They said they just must have been busy. I asked if it would arrive before Xmas, they confirmed... I left the country sunday without a truck cover... behold, cover comes on Jan 8th... almost a month later... zero customer service. I pray I dont have a warranty issue with them, as I'm sure it wont get resolved..

Thanks was quick it works but does not have reinforced areas for windshield or motor or front of cover at the point of boat.
Good product and customer service
It fits well but it is not waterproof so moisture gets trapped in and mildues. They say it protects from UV rays but the UV rays cause it to fall apart after 10 months. So the FIVE YEAR warranty is only good for 10 months when it has to be replaced. Then you are done! $350.00 is alot to pay for a boat cover that doesn't do anything they claim
Take your money and never received cover I would not recommend this company to any one they had no problem taking money but can't even get anywhere with customer support would not recommend two anyone
Super easy to find the right cover.
I didn't get the answer that I was looking for, I made my decision base on some comparison with other manufactures, will see if mi decision was good.
I thought this would be a snug fit cover since I was ordering specifically for my vehicle however the cover I received was considerably larger than my vehicle and hangs on the ground in the front and back.

It was ok.
It took a while to get my car cover delivered. The tracking number said it was in route for many weeks.
Ordered cover for my 33ft boat. Discussed briefly with sales support to determine the right style and size.
Received (a) cover, the instructions were a blurry copy of a copy, barely readable.
Ultimately called support since i could not get it to fit. Customer service rep had me check the label... turns out, They had send a cover for a 32ft boat.
After a couple days i got a return shipping label, but there's no way to compress cover back into original box, so spend $15 re-packaging it.
When i followed up a few days later to get tracking info for the new cover, i was told it already shipped the previous day.
Called the next afternoon as i still had no tracking info. Was again told it was in route and he would sent tracking number.
He sent me UPS tracking number, but it was for a label he just created, and it was another day before it left there warehouse.
When the new cover arrived it was a T34 - for a 34ft boat, so its too long.
Still have not resolved this.
3 and a hall weeks and still don't have the covered i ordered
UPDATE: As suspected... They twice sent a cover off by one size because they didn't have the one ordered in stock. They justified by saying it's only a semi-custom fit-(which I'm fully aware of) Had they simply said they were out of stock and this is the next best thing, at least they would have been honest, instead they lied about the sizes, lied about why they sent the larger size,,, all because they simply didnt have the correct size in stock. Very dishonest
I bought a motor home cover from you guys last year and had a good experience then and again today. Thank you I will buy more covers from you in the future. One question, do you make a repair kit for minor tears?
