Good, I haven't used the cover as yet
I ordered a cover for my jet ski. A few days later I received a notice that it was out of stock and would take 2 to 4 weeks to get. The notice asked if I wanted to cancel or wait. I responded that I wanted to cancel. I then went back on line and ordered a cover from what I thought was a different company but must be affiliated. I later got an email from the original company saying that there had been a mix up and that the cover was shipped. I emailed back that I had ordered from another company and that as I did not need two covers, what should I do when the one I cancelled arrived? I never heard back. I did get the original cover and not the second one.They did give me a credit for the second order. I think the problem was in not communicating enough with me about what was going on. I received the cover and although it was bigger than what I thought, it was of good quality and I am happy with it. I would use this company again.
Easy to order. Appreciate the discount. Wish it fit more custom around mirrors and handlebars.
Poor customer service. I think the product will be okay
The Seal Skin Covers website is very easy to navigate. It was very easy to find what I was looking for. This was a gift for my son and he loves it. He was amazed I bought the right one...thanks to Seal Skin.
I was skeptical after reading all of the poor reviews but proceeded to spend $450 and purchase this boat cover with the 10-warranty anyways. Two years in and the first cover ripped. 1.5 years later the second cover ripped. Yes, it was used outside in a mild city away from salt water and always taken off for hurricanes. If you made it past all of the rave reviews and found this, you should probably go ahead and spend a little more money for a better product. Use your own discretion.
I wish it had a draw string aaaand a grommet, but still so far so good. Its too early to say the true durability just yet
Put grommets on both ends of cover.

I didn't see the discount code until order was placed. Can it still be applied. I had to place a second order to get the discount as you cant cancel on line and then call to make sure they credited my charge card for the first order. It took way to ling for the credit to come through.
My questions were answered quickly so I could make a command decision.
