Am very happy with the seal skin transport covers for my twin Yamaha Waverunners! You can feel the Quality & see the Craftsmanship as soon as you remove them from the box. Am impressed the way they fit tight on front above the roller guide & fits all way down the back over the fold down ladder. The sides are protected below the rub rails as well. You guys did Awesome on these,Thanx

It was easy to find the product I needed for my car model and easy to order. However, the item got lost in shipping somehow, so there was a delay in receiving it. After I notified customer service, they apologized and the order was expedited. Overall, I am satisfied with this service. The car cover is worth the price paid.

A great place to shop
I really wanted to like this cover. I have a full dress Gold Wing. It was between this cover and Dowco. Ordered the Seal Skin. Waited 2 weeks, no cover. Called customer srvc. They told me there was a problem at the warehouse and they would get right on it. Got the cover in a week. I was elated. Took it out of the box and went immediately to the bike. Would not even pull across the top luggage case it was so small. Emailed customer service. They said they would exchange it for a bigger one or I could pay 20% restocking fee for a replacement. I asked how they where going to get me a bigger one when I ordered the biggest one they make. No answer. So I told them to MAIL ME a label for an exchange as I have NO WAY TO PRINT a return label. Of coarse they emailed me one to print. So at this point I'm so pissed I'll order a Dowco and cut there seal skin into little pieces for the out house at the cabin. She at least be good enough to wipe my butt. If you order anything from these people buyer beware and good luck.

My first shipment did not fit my jet-ski. I had no problems returning it for an exchange. However, my exchange never came. I did have to contact the company a few or more times before I got my exchange. The next cover fits good enough. The handles do not line up but for the price I am satisfied. And the quality seems as good as if I got the Yamaha cover.
The cover started cracking after one season. I called them to honor the warranty. They want me to send the cover back with 35 dollars and wait 2-3 weeks... Not happening! Honor your product, it sucks! Send me a new one and I'll send the old one back. I sent a picture of the cracks as well and they don't care. I shouldn't have to pay for a warranty that already exists. Send me a cover that lasts more than a year. Waste of 100 bucks!
