Easy but boat picture did not match. A quick chat cleared up the fact that the picture is just a stock photo and not exactly the boat model. So ok. First cover did not fit but second cover did. Thanks for the easy switching to the correct cover.

We purchased an outdoor car cover for our 2015 Sonata, intending to leave it parked outside for six months. When we took it out of the packaging just before we left, it became apparent it would not entirely cover the car by about two feet. There was no way to fasten the cover completely around the car. We anticipate the car cover will be gone by the time we return because of summer weather, i. E. wind, rain, etc. Would definitely not recommend this cover for long term outdoor protection.

I needed a cover for a new boat. I went on line and placed the order. There was a promotional code to save an additional 10% on the purchase. I entered the code and then clicked on the key to complete the purchase. The code did not apply to the purchase for some reason. There was no option to cancel the process. I searched the entire site. I finally found a "contact us" link and submitted a request for a cancellation of the order, so I could follow the process again and hopefully the discount would be applied? The reply to my request said I would be contacted within 24 hours. It was a Saturday, and they are closed on the weekends for some reason? I waited for a response. Monday- Nothing? I called on Tuesday. I was told since 24 hours had passed they would not make an adjustment on the bill? To make a long story short my only option was to return the cover, pay a 20% restocking fee, and then re-purchase the item to get my 10|% discount. This is clearly one of the silliest and worst customer service experiences I have ever experienced. Many of the members of my fire department own boats, as well as almost all of my fishing friends. I will inform everyone that I possibly can of this companies poor practices and they will lose far more than the lousy 10% they would have paid out to do the right thing and correct this problem!
Super easy
The company is piss poor and the customer service is a joke. I ordered my cover on 03March, had to call the company around the 20th to find out where the cover was. They had to "submit" a ticket because it didn't get to the warehouse. I emailed their customer service on the 24th and 29th with no return emails. I asked to be contacted and was told they don't call people back, they also don't email back either apparently. Finally was able to call them today and the guy was in some class and all I could hear was the lecture in the background. He didn't seem to care about the situation and was going to put in a ticket to get my return label so I could send it back. The company is a joke and I had to buy another cover because they couldn't deliver. Don't waste your time, I didn't even break the cover out, they can't get shipping right so I'm sure they don't do well on the product either. Save your money, time and frustration and go else where.

I cannot fairly give a review of the motorcycle cover, because I have not received it yet! I ordered it on March 22nd, 19 days ago and still no cover. What I have received since ordering this cover is excuses; "we're sorry", "we can't send a new cover next day, it doesn't work that way", "please wait an additional 24- 48 hours for a new tracking number"... etc. 24-48 hours!? I can order practically anything from Amazon and have it delivered before this company sends me a tracking number! Thus far, terrible experience with this company.
