Great Fit.
It was very easy to find the correct cover; it arrived promptly and was as ordered. Previously I had purchased a more fitted cover online. It was slightly more expensive, but I liked the fit much better. That said, I think this will do for my purposes.
The fabric used was a lot thinner than we expected.
Once the address was corrected everything was shipped and delivered in a timely manner. The cover was exactly as promised.
Prior to ordering a jet ski cover I confirmed via their online chat that I was ordering the right one, based on year/make/model search. Not just once but several times to be sure and they confirmed I was ordering the right one. It wasn't even close to being a fit! Their claim of "semi-custom cover" after several emails got me nowhere. It was 36" too high, nearly 48" too long. Disputing their 20% restocking fee for a return, they said I would be charged because they offered to send me another one. Instead of waiting two weeks (one to return, one to receive, and still likely the wrong one) I went elsewhere. When you do everything possible to confirm they're sending the right cover and still send the wrong one, I shouldn't have to pay for their mistake! The other company sent the right one the first time, so Seal Skin Covers failed me, and charged me 20% on top of it. Very disappointed!

Quick and easy The new replacement for the cover I lost isn't as heavy as my original material.
Good cover for the money. My first one tore after 2 years of constant exposure as I store my boat outdoors. Sealskin replaced it under warranty NO QUESTIONS ASKED. I am very pleased

Terrible! Terrible! I purchased a truck cover from them on April 8th. I called on April 25th to ask where my product was and they stated that it has been sitting in warehouse for the past 17 days and was never shipped. All they could do is give me a refund with no reason why this happened! Well I guess the protection on my truck won't happen now?! I will be out of town for a long time and my truck will now be exposed to elements. They don't care and never will. Maybe I should give them the repair on my truck's pai t job when I get back! I would give a -0 star if I could.
Product fits and works well.
Only issuenInhad was with the ordering. I had ordered the cover for my same boat without a Platform. I wrote to correct the order,5 min later,
I received a callback and was informed that cover was not available,even though it's listed on the web site, and I would get a refund.I reordered the correct part after my refund was confirmed and received it no problems.
They must outsource the customer service to someone that does not care to correct issues.
Other then that minor issue all went well.

Have not actually used the product as of yet, but was disappointed that I paid extra for the security strap which turned out to be a bit of nylon cord.
