Received a damaged item. Took way too long to get it replaced. Not simple and quick like I thought it would be.When I finally got it I like it ok. Needs a free lock system. Came with a short piece of rope. Used my own bungee cords and it is ok.

Easy but the covwr i recieved was way to big for my boat it was supposed to be exact fit no way it i guess if you want a perfect fit go with original boat cover these will not fit lwill go back to the original cover a little more money but a real good fit
The process was OK, but the second shipment of the jetski cover still leaks! I haven't decided what I am going to do at the present time. It functions as a cover, hopefully protecting from the sun's rays, but doesn't keep water out and the seats have mildew on them.
Looks like a quality cover for my 2002 Safari van Northern Michigan will put it to the test this winter Fingers crossed.
Customer service was poor to say the least. Had to call multiple times to get delivery updates. I was told one delivery date and when I called to get updates the covers had not even been sent. When I asked if the could expedite the shipping do to the mix up in their warehouse they told me that they don't do that! I bought two of the better covers for my 2006 BMW Conv and 1992 Mustang Convertible and the fit is not great. For the one that is not garaged the cover is always flying around do to the poor fit of the cover. The quality of the material seems to be good. My problem is the fit.
The cover was damaged when it came and there was no bag to store it in. Additionally the company did not send me the bag as requested. The cover is only two months old and already tearing. I was sent a survey where I could only respond with I received my order.

Car cover that arrived did not fit my vehicle. Too small. What's the purpose of inputting all the vehicles information if your car cover is still going to be incorrect upon arrival.
