I ordered two covers at virtually the same time, one right after the other from their website.
A few days later, I received one of the two covers. I called customer service, each time the wait time was over 20 minutes vs if I want to order a cover, they pick right up. When asked where my second cover was, I was told "it should have shipped at the same time..." Gee thanks! I agree it should have, but obviously it did not.
I have had to call into their "Customer Service" now four times and reply to multiple email "tickets" and nine days later I still do not have my cover.
The last conversation, they told me that the cover "was out of stock" but it is now back in stock - which of course contradicts their previous lies of it having been shipped.
So it is now nine days later and supposedly the second cover will be shipped out, not sure that I believe them.
I would suggest a different company to purchase a vehicle cover from in the future.
Second return do to bad fitment. Sent the second cover back.

I recieved my cover as scheduled. The product did not fit my vehicle as described on the website. Product was returned.

Ordered a custom cover for my 2006 SeaDoo RXP, after 6 weeks, SealSkin offered a 10% discount because cover had not shipped.
It finally arrived a month later, but was the wrong cover and did not fit. I called SealSkin and asked to return cover.
They refused to accept return because CV over had been purchased over 30 days ago... even though it took them over 2 months to deliver.
Avoid these crooks
I wish it fit my car better. Its too wide and not long enough. High winds today blew off the hood.

6 weeks in it split in half down the middle. Can't return outside 30 days. Covered under warranty but shipping not included. (which wasn't cheap) Honestly wish I spent the money for a better company. Previously I had a big Home Depot tarp that held up better than this cover.
Ordered covers for two different wave runners by phone. Gave them all the info and make and model of each one. They sent two covers of the same part number. They did not fit either. Covers were very thin and were no way a good fit. I returned the covers after they told m that their covers fit very loose and are not custom fit. It was their error, they said that a 20% restocking fee had to be paid by me. Very poor way to treat customers. I will be posting this every where i can and filing a complaint with the better business bur.
