The color has really faded. While it still serves the protective purpose, it looks rather grungy.
Called,young lady said 18 ft would fit it did.
My ordering experience was perfect, no issues there. Unfortunately I did not realize that the material is the same as another cover I had tried in the past, which does not breathe quickly enough to avoid large amounts of condensation to build up on the vehicle at various times. Also, the fit is loose enough that it blew off on a windy day when it was not tied on, and got dry leaves all over the inside. I tossed the cover in the trash at that point because it was not returnable.
I was helped and addressed promptly and accurately. I will continue to use and recommend a company that stands by its product. Thanks
I purchased a PWC cover for my son as a surprise in May for his first summer outing to the river. On the 4th of July we went to put the new cover on his PWC and it was NOWHERE close in design. NO worries they say the have 100% satisfaction, so I asked for a replacement and got a reply email saying my request was accepted. Subsequently I got another email stating that the 30 days for return was past. Well I requested a variance since this was a "gift surprise" and was rejected. They stated that since they are not custom they can be a foot short or long and I should have returned it sooner. Well we have a to short $129 cover if anyone wants it. I consider the policy too rigid since it was a surprise and thought with 100% satisfaction that I had no thought it might not fit. Poor PR in my book. BUYER BEWARE OF MISFITS! (Pun might be intended--not certain.)
