I orered a navy blue cover for my boat. I was shipped an ocean blue cover. I immediately opened a ticket with support. A few days later I received a reply offering me a 10% discount to keep their mistake or I could exchange it. I said I wanted to exchange it. I waited for the right cover but they said I needed to return the wrong one first. They then sent me a shipping label. I sent it back then waited. I emailed asking if they shipped my cover and I was told they do not have the color I wanted and would I like a different color. I said no, I want a full refunt. I was told it would be subject to a 20% restocking charge. I said no, I want a full refund since it was their mistate. They said they offered an exchange so if I don't want a different color then there is a restocking charge. Don't buy frm this company. They make mistakes, then make money on the mistakes. Their mistake cost me $76.00
The covers are nothing more then a gas grill cover. Nothing like what they describe. I purchased their best cover and received junk. Would not by anything from this company. They say waterproof first day I received them it rained and my jetskis were soaked. Worthless rip off.
EZ to find cover and ez to order.
The original cover was way too small and obviously did not fit my car. However, I was able to return the cover for a replacement that does fit. The cover itself is one of the best I've bought. Very well made without exception.
It did take longer than I expected for them to provide the replacement, but ultimately is showed up and fit well but not as snug as I expected. It provides great coverage as the material is superior to others. Dust has blown up under the cover when out doors. This does not occur with tied down, however.
Overall, its a very good cover.

Everything went very smoothly, the only problem is that it didn't fit, It was too short.
Good experience no issues with ordering or of receiving the cover on time. The quality of the cover appears to be good, the fit is OK since it is not a custom cover it fits loosely but can be pulled tight using the straps supplied for towing.

What happened to the 10% discount?

I ordered a Seal Skin Supreme All Weather Outdoor Cover on 27 April. I received the cover on 6 May. It was too small. It was also the wrong model. There is no way that the cover they sent would provide any protection against hail. It was thin nylon and had a pathetically thin liner, very similar to a 'Bounce' brand cloths drier sheet.
I contacted the company and asked for an exchange. I WISH THAT I HAD NOT. They sent a return label. I returned the cover on 10 May and Seal Skin Covers received it on 17 May. Their return instructions said they would send out the exchange within 48 hours of receiving the return. Because of the weekend, the cover should have shipped by 21 May.
On 22 May, I emailed customer service politely asking for an update on the shipping status of the cover. I RECEIVED NO RESPONSE.
Since they did not respond, I emailed Customer Service the morning of 24 May asking them to cancel the order. I RECEIVED NO RESPONSE.
Nearly 4 weeks since the order was placed, I WAS STILL WITHOUT A COVER.
5 hours later I received a notification from UPS that a label had been created. I emailed customer service again and told them not to ship the replacement. I RECEIVED NO RESPONSE.
I received the replacement cover on 31 May. I returned it unopened on 1 June and they received it 7 June.
NOW THEY WANT A 20% RESTOCKING FEE.
THIS IS A HORRIBLE COMPANY. STAY AWAY!
Received the cover quickly. However, I have not gotten the car, yet, that it is to go on, so I can't comment on fit. ('61 Chrysler New Yorker)

The cover fits great! It appears to be well made to repel water & resist deterioration from sun.

Definitely wouldn't order for a female as I was UNable to put the car cover on by myself. It is a "huge" storage problem (it took most all of my BMW 128 trunk space).
The bureaucratic hoops to jump for returns... NOT hassle free.
