I purchased a "custom" boat cover last year. It was not custom to fit my boat. It has since dry rotted and I requested a replacement or my money back. I was told I had to pay a $35 fee and they would ship my replacement. I received an email stating it was shipped on November 6. By November 18, I was concerned I hadn't received the new cover so I emailed the company again. I received an email the next day that stated they would be sending me an email with a link to download a return label to print out, box up the old boat cover and send it back to them. They would then within 72 hours send my cover to me. I spoke with Will yesterday and received no satisfaction when I explained to him that the boat and cover are 2.5 hours away from me on an island where there is no UPS store. I expressed my concern that I would have to leave the boat uncovered for approximately one month due to me not going to the island from Thanksgiving until Christmas. In fact, I can't get the cover until Thanksgiving when I will be on the island. I asked to speak to a supervisor and he said there wasn't one I could talk to. I put in another ticket and have not heard from anyone. I asked that they send the cover so that I could exchange it over Thanksgiving and would then return the defective one on December 2nd.
The customer service was awesome on line. I texted back and forth to their customer service rep to assure their cover would fit my boat. This was a factory boat with no modifications. A Robalo r227 with ski tow. They researched it and they assured me it would fit. I received the first one around 7 days after ordering. The product was great quality but when I put it only boat it was too short. I immediately put in for a return authorization and the standard form ask me how short was it both with and length. (Standard form)
I put the cover back on and measured how short on both the length and width. Then shipped it back. It took another week or so to receive the new one and I immediately put it on the boat and it was way too big. I immediately went on line and asked for a refund. The original sales person assured me it would fit and now it didn't. They agreed to the refund but charged the restocking fee.It took 19 days to get he refund issued.
My issuee is why would they assure me it would fit and then charge me because it didn't. Their fault, not mine.
I would not recommend seal skin unless your prepared to pay to try it out. Seemed well made, but the assurance of fit was, mis-leading

Product was not shipped as quickly as they advertised. Product works and is functional but not made specifically for my bike. Cover is to long on the front side causing it to bunch and lay on the ground around the front tire. Cover is short on the back side and only comes down half way down the rear tire leaving the chain and other rear components exposed to the weather. Although the cover has a grommet on each side to secure the cover, the cover is shipped without anything to do so with. Overall the price with the discount and the fact that the cover is still functional, it was an acceptable transaction but will be looking elsewhere for any other replacement or new purchases for my truck.
Cover fit great is a little difficult to secure straps under center of boat, option to attach straps to trailer would solve issue.
The product was actually shipped before I got notified that it was shipped. A qualtiy cover for my Audi A4.
I emailed them that the lock for the cover wasn't included and they wasted no time taking care of that.
I recommend the product and the site.
When I tried using the cover, it didn't cover the entire car. Either the front or rear of the car was exposed depending on the position of the cover. There was also a large amount of extra cover on the sides of the car which would have held water and debris. I was told that a free cable and lock would accompany my order. I didn't receive either. This cover was not a custom cover. They are not advertised as custom. The cover I received did not fit my needs so I returned it minus 20% restocking fee.

I ordered a Mercedes cover on Oct 23rd, charge went right through on my account. I received an order number and shipping number on the 28th, all seemed well. I waited until the 4th, which was 8 days before I called customer service to see why it was taking so long. While they had provided me a shipping number, they apparently still had not shipped it. I received a follow up customer service note, which stated they were sorry and it would ship in 24 to 48 hrs. I waited the 48 hours and then called back to get the shipping number, they had never followed through and provided it. Now the weekend that I had ordered the cover for has passed and still no cover. The customer service rep apologized and said they would ship it immediately, and I would have a tracking/shipping number provided that evening. Next day, nothing, no email, no tracking number. I called back and talked to another rep, surprise, still not shipped. I cancelled the order and asked for a refund. Terrible customer experience!
10 weeks out from order date, order not shipped for 3 weeks, one cover shipped then lost in transit, second received did not fit, refund still not received. Do not use this company. They make nothing. They are only an ordering system selling cheap products from China.
I bought the seal skin 1200 for my boat last summer a year ago! I had just installed a new interior and wanted a good cover to protect it! A friend of mine had purchased a seal skin motorcycle cover which for him worked fine, and recommended that I try the seal skin boat cover, so I did. The box came simply marked made in China, which pissed me off from the start! The cover did fit the boat exceptionally well but a month later upon removing the cover my new interior was soaking wet, the carpet was peeling up from the edges and mold had already started on my seats! I contacted sealskin and they sent me a shipping label to return it, which I did. Upon getting the new cover it looked identical as the old. You could hold it up to the sun and see right through it. By now boating season was over so I put the cover on the boat and covered the cover with a tarp. We had a very rainy spring so it was summer before I got the boat out this year between early summer and Late Summer / about 3 months here, the dark blue cover has turned gray, the blue dye from the covering is all over my beautiful new white seats and won't come off everything is soaking wet and moldy. You would honestly be better off leaving it sit out uncovered at least the sun would have time to dry out the rain!. All the seal skin cover does is prevent your boat from drying out after all the water runs through. Their junk! With a 10 year 100% waterproof guarantee sealskin is screwing me by saying I've already use the warranty so they won't do anything to help. Including replacing the cover! What a bunch of crooks! And my friend that Talked me into buying the cover had to have his bike cover replaced in one year. So his 10 year warranty is no longer valid either
It a little small for my Can-am 1000, but that is because I have the added guards: Front, Rear, and side. They should add 12" to the over all size on the size cover.

Ordered and paid for a car cover but for some reason they refuse to ship it to me. The 1st tracking number they sent was a bogus number; the second said that a label was printed but nothing more.
I placed an order month ago, and I still don't have it. I called every week and each time I was given a different delivery date. No manager or supervisor to speak to. No one calls back. HORRIBLE! DO NOT GO THERE!
I never write reviews, but this terrible experience warrants a consumer warning! Ordered a Seal Skin car cover over three weeks ago. I followed up with several phone calls and multiple emails to find out where's my cover? No answers. They finally sent me an invalid tracking UPS tracking number. I called again and provided excuse after excuse with no resolution, only empty promises. Still waiting for cover. I strongly suggest AutoZone or O'reillys to save yourself time and frustration.
